I ordered a shirt on July 3rd. Per the company's website they ask for customers to allow 7-10 days to ship because each item is "made to order". Ten days went by and I did not get notification that my item had shipped. I sent an email on 7/13 regarding this and got a response confirming that my item had, in fact, not shipped! The item still has not shipped and I have not gotten a response to any of the emails I've sent. Upon further review of the company through reddit and news articles it seems like this happens a lot. Even some reddit users chiming in who were former employees.

Horrible company. Spent over 400$and never received full order. What I did receive was terrible quality, ver cheaply made. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Horrible customer service! I placed two orders and only needed one . I requested the one order to be cancelled within 3 minutes of the order, as the order wasn’t right! They refused a refund. This company is not one to buy from. I feel if your product is good why not have some understanding for the people that support you? I never saw a poly that there were no refunds or I would never have ordered from you. Horrible company

The quality of their clothing is disappointing. While the illustrations are nice, they’re just printed on cheap t-shirts, which makes them not worth the price.

I also tried their stickers, but they turned out to be low-quality prints as well.

The most frustrating part is their misleading return policy. They offer "free returns" as a paid option at checkout, but it only covers shipping. During the holiday period, returns are non-refundable—you can only get store credit or an exchange, which isn’t made clear upfront.

I’ve emailed their customer support to request a refund since I don’t plan to purchase from them again. I hope they respond with a fair solution.
