Before choosing my surgeon, I went through a very long and careful research process. I initially considered 30 doctors and narrowed it down step by step — 15, 8, 5, then 3 — and finally chose Dr. Giray Genç. What guided me most was my intuition. I truly trust my instincts, and after reading countless reviews and patient experiences, something kept directing me toward him. I am so grateful that I listened to myself.

At the beginning, I was very afraid of having this surgery and had many worries in my mind. However, after speaking with Dr. Giray Genç and meeting him in person, all my fears disappeared. He gave me so much confidence and reassurance that I fully trusted him. That meeting gave me complete peace of mind and helped me make my final decision — and I am so thankful that I did.

Special thanks to his assistant, Hazal, who was truly my angel throughout this journey. Her warmth and pozitive energy made this whole process so much eassier for me. She handled every detail.

Currently I am 5 weeks post-op and wish to share my amazing experience with Dr Giray Genc and his team. I have chosen him after months of research and careful consideration. Firstly, I was impressed with one-on-one video call he agreed on with no hesitation and answered all my questions regarding upcoming procedure. He was professional and polite and didn't rush through the consultation. His team (Hazal & Emine) of coordinators have guided and supported me extensively from 1st day to the last day when I left Istanbul after surgery. I stayed at Antwell Suites & my surgery was performed at Memorial Hospital. Can't fault anything - transport transfers, logistics and communication are great! I had a number of procedures done in Oct 25 - BA with BL, 360 lipo, TT and BBL. Also, I added upper blepharoplasty under local anesthesia a day before my major surgery. Dr Giray recommended to do it this way in order to minimise my overall time under general anesthesia on a next day for my safety. Dr Genc is super attentive to details and precise. He never attempted to up-sale any extra procedures I don't really need. His main priority your health and a natural look. All my scars look neat and super thin. The whole recovery process was smooth without any complications. Aftercare exceeded my expectations! I will be coming back for my FL & NL in Feb 26 as I trust his expertise.

I just returned from Istanbul and had DPFL/DPNL fat transfer and upper bleph with Dr. G. He is a very talented surgeon and I am so lucky to have found him. His staff and nurses and office admins are all extremely conscientious and kind and as talented as he is! Hotel was excellent, aftercare excellent. He is patient and answers all questions thoughtfully. He could have an enormous ego, but he doesn't. He is obsessive to detail, does not upsell you on any procedure and genuinely cares about your happiness and satisfaction. I researched all his credentials thoroughly as I am a skeptical person, and after all, we only have one face. Highly highly recommend Dr. G. I got a lower face lift, neck lift, and had my uneven eyelids fixed (can't remember what that's called).

Dr. Genç (pronounced Gench in English) was wonderful. He was thoughtful and respectful. He was careful and took his time to explain things thoroughly.

I wanted a very subtle look. I didn't want anyone to know that I'd gotten this done. The only person who could tell was my hairdresser because she gets right up in the hairline and knows those types of scars (they are minimal, but my hairdresser has been around 😂).

The staff are so kind! And having all of the travel to and from surgery and treatment was amazing. It was really easy. The hotel that he works with was great, too! The whole process was seamless.

As can be expected with any surgery, everyone will react differently. Any issues that I'm having with numbness and swelling are fading slowly. I would do it again in a heartbeat. My self-confidence is back. ❤️

I included one “before” and one “after” photo on Google, and I've healed even more since then. I didn't keep old photos of my double chin (which was super visible from the side view), but that’s gone now. It was my biggest concern, so I'm thankful.

I had a truly exceptional experience with Dr. Garay Genç and his team. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, supported, and well cared for. The entire team worked seamlessly together, with every step of the process flowing smoothly and professionally. Their coordination and dedication were truly impressive.

Dr. Genç himself was calm, kind, and deeply reassuring. He took the time to listen, explain, and guide me with patience and understanding, which gave me complete confidence in him and in the surgery. Despite the language difference, communication was never an issue. Everything was clearly explained, and I always felt understood.

At 53, I traveled from the US to Istanbul for cosmetic surgery with Dr. Giray Genc at Vanity Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the start, Emine answered all my pre-surgery questions, from booking details to transportation and hotel arrangements. Once in Istanbul, Hazal seamlessly coordinated my transfers to and from the hospital, as well as surgery times and follow-ups. The care was flawless.

My coordinator Emine was amazing from start to finish she answered every single question and enquiry. I had she was so patient and made me feel so comfortable. She organised a FaceTime consultation and I knew straight away. That was the doctor for me.
When I got to Turkey we got picked up by the transfer and taken straight to one of the hospitals to get bloods done and then dropped off to the hotel. We rested and then two days later met with the doctor and that was surgery day Dr Giray spent over an hour with me talking me through everything step-by-step he took his time drawing me up.
The hospital was extremely clean. The staff and nurses were super helpful. I have no faults. I then got discharged after one day and the Dr came and checked on me the next day at my hotel.

Dr. Giray is very talented, gentle, and caring. I researched many doctors in different countries and he felt like the one I liked the most. Once I spoke with Emine, his assistant, and then with Dr. G himself on video call, I knew he was the one I trusted with my face and my health. The prices of procedures were very reasonable as well. A fraction of the price in the US.
When my mom and I arrived in Istanbul, we were transferred to the hospital for blood work and then to our beautiful hotel that was included in the package. The hotel was perfect because it had many other patients recovering there, it had facilities and services that aided my recovery, beautiful accommodations, and great breakfast.

The next day, we went to the hospital and the surgery took place. Dr. G kept in touch with my mom through the surgery to let her know how it was going and how I was doing. I spent the next 2 days in the recovery suite, which was really lovely and convenient. My mom even had a separate adjacent room with a couch to sleep on and a separate bathroom. It felt more like a luxury hotel then a hospital.
After we were transferred back to the hotel, the recovery was on its way. Dr G. came to visit to check on me.

10 days after the surgery, I was well enough to get in the car and drive around Turkey on the most fun and adventurous road trip of a lifetime. I felt great, I looked great, although was still healing. Dr G and Emine kept in touch and answered every question I had.

Overall, I am thrilled with my experience. Dr Giray's talented hands made me look 15 years younger than my age. His kindness and patience made me very comfortable through the whole process. I highly recommend Dr Giray. All of my friends are now planning to travel to Turkey to see him.

Do yourself a favor, if you are looking to get plastic surgery done, choose the best doctor. Dr. Giray is that doctor for me. I can't wait to go back and make some body improvements next summer :⁠-⁠)

Can’t thank Dr Giray and his team enough. I had a tummy tuck to remove the loose skin on my stomach after losing 24kg in the gym back in June 2024. I’m coming up to 3 months post op and I love my results already!

Even tho I was travelling from Australia to Istanbul for surgery, I found everything really easy and any questions I had was answered promptly by the dr and his beautiful consultant Emine. The hotel was beautiful and so was the food and facilities at the hotel.

One thing I had asked for before surgery was that the dr preserved as much of my tattoos as possible and I say he did an amazing job at that.
