Here's what happens when you orders from Jenny's catalog. They refund you back in the check. They do not put it back on method of payment, and there's so many people out here I got 2.3 million followers on my Instagram account and I believe everybody should stop ordering through them, because when you go to castle, they tell you a whole bunch of lies that the order's already been shipped and it hasn't been shipped and people wake up, go to the store to Walmart. You can get the same products for a lot cheaper. I would cancel all your orders with them and boy. D***Because they do not send your money back to method of payment to your bank account.They say b******* , my name's alvin webb

I bought a coffee maker a couple months ago. I love it. The price was a little high, but I only paid $20 a month. I just ordered some flannel shirts. I will pay $10 a month. Very convenient and trustworthy. I highly recommend Ginny's

Super cute rain jacket, £80 is pretty pricey but I understand it’s a small business hence why the shipping was so slow. However it isnt waterproof at all. Just walked 10 minutes in the rain, not a downpour just some rain, and I am soaked right through to my clothes. Sat in my lecture soaked. I usually wear hoodies in the rain and they keep me dryer with no waterproofing properties at all . It is super cute but just don’t think it’s worth the money as I only bought it as I needed a rain jacket.

Got my order wrong..gave me 3 different prices on an item...I had to call3 times to try to get my order right and it's still wrong..different prices..charge for shipping and handling and tariff charge amount other charges...I have learned my lesson about these so called terrible companies!!! I tried to cancel my whole order within 6 hours and they would not cancel my order..they said call us back and we will send something so you can return items!WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!DON'T USE THEM!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR BUSINESS

I ordered a coffee maker, when I received it I did not like it. I went on the website to do a return, I filled it out and waited 4 days to get the "instructions and mailing label" I never received it so I called. The lady informed me that I will have to pay to return it Ginny's does not do that. I have NEVER heard of that. They will get the Coffee Maker back I will pay the balance owed and shred the card!! I will also tell every person I know to stay away from there "Great Buys"!!!!

Pretty bad shipping. Was stuck in fedex in Pennsylvania for a month. Came damaged, package was opened and resealed. Their shipping charges, as with all colony brands are outrageous!!!!
Spent about 2.5 hours on the phone with trying to u travel issue. Will not be ordering anything for Christmas because I'm not sure it would arrive in time.

My bank paid them off. I had made a 60 payment on my card. They where over paid i called 11 days ago said they refund my card never got . I have talked to 10 different people all got a different story. So they kept my 60 that was over paid. They say they refund and never do awful to deal with have no clue what they doing . Shady people working for them . Beware do not get a ginny credit card u will regret it.

This company is horrible. I have one more payment to make and l will never order anything else. You can't pay a payment with out your customer number and it is only on the catalogs they send out and who keeps them? I had no idea how to make a payment. They don't make it easy. Finally got customer service to take a payment and it got posted to the wrong account and they had enough nerve to report it to the credit bureau. When they figured out it was their mistake all they did was apologize and tell me to call Experian and dispute it! What? Never, never, again!

I had an order to place on line but it wouldn’t complete online. I called customer service and the gentleman didn’t know what to do. He st as ted maybe we need to wait a day to see if it went thru. He had no idea how to help

WOW! what a disappointment this was! IF I could I would give it a "minus 10" review. Wanted to purchase several of their wax scented flameless bowls. Their site offered shipping discount IF you signed up. I did BUT it would not give the shipping credit. Spent 47 minutes with 3 different reps only to have them say they would not honor the advertised shipping discount. BEWARE & do NOT order from Ginny's.

I don't even know where to begin. I purchased a charcoal grill, not expecting anything to go wrong, but just about everything did. First, trying to put it together when there were parts that were bent. The lids wouldn't even close. Next, the rack are to small for the charcoal, it literally gave us about 2 inches between the bottom grate and the grill. The hinges are terrible, they don't even hold the top of the lid opened. My husband probably has 2nd degree burns on his fingers from grabbing the lid. I'm highly aggravated with this purchase, because it was an early Father's Day gift. Now what am I supposed to do with it, throw it away. I would really appreciate my money back on my account. Don't know if I will be using the site again.

I purchased two tablets for my grandsons at Christmas and they were horrible so I returned them only to have to call them several times and email them. I had to pay to return them then fight for my money back. I will NEVER order from this company again. Cheap products way over priced

I purchased some items from the Ginny catalog, and once the items were received, some items were wrong and the rest were cheaply made and extremely overpriced. I wanted extended amount of times for Ginny to send me return slips. Then finally the items were sent back and we are still getting a bill for processing. Over $100. When we were told there would be no fees and any money paid out would be returned. I have confronted Ginny's customer service department about this several time with no assistance from them. I would not recommend this company or any of their many mail in catalog partners, so extremely overpriced and cheaply made. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE THE WORST. CAN'T GIVE ENOUGH ZERO'S, THEY ARE SEEMINGLY DOING SOME SHADY THINGS.

I returned items I bought and they don't have a return sticker. So I had to pay for items to be returned and they are not refunding me my shipping. I was at a 0 balance and they say I still owe 23.00 dollars so I got charged for them to ship it to me and paid to have it returned so there double dipping. I will pay them off and never order from them again. Worst company and customer service I ever had.

Ginnys is the worst experience I have ever had in a shopping experience they didn't place an order for an item I wanted then I was charged for four items I never had received yet I wasn't suppose to get them till the end of January because they didn't have them plus shipping charges on those four items that I had never received yet then when I called I canceled the four items I didn't receive and they still charged me for the shipping fees they sent me a bill a week after I got my order I payed it which I should not have even gotten a bill yet and now I got another bill two bills in one month I would never buy anything ever again from this company it was the most unprofessional company I have ever seen and they are way over priced on shipping charges I have spent useless time on the phone talking to numerous people that I can't get back I would definitely not recommend buying anything from Ginnys

Worst company ever!!! they lie about payment plans and take all your money at once. Shame on them.. At Christmas too!!

Your prices are very high and your shipping costs are also too high I loved ginnys 20 years ago but Amazon is a lot cheaper I have my dinette table still and I love it

So I bought two pots and pans sets through Ginny's and I have to say I am deeply disappointed in the durability of them. Over time, I began to see that they don't sit flat on surfaces, as if they have a bulge in the center and the nonstick surface wore off. I paid over $200 and now I have to get more pots from somewhere else of course. It was a waste of money. BUYER BEWARE!

I cannot access to my account to login on online website since 2 months ago. No one knows how to fix it. Costumer support said call this number and will fix my problem to access to my account login, but still the same access denied, and it tells me they will change my password, but I can't even go through to login, answer me back that they don't know what do, what kind of technical support is this, doesn't know how to fix this kind of issue!!!!! Keep telling me call this phone number,and the expert will fix my issues, and the same answer,I will recieved,"doesn't know whats wrong" end up cannot fix. Call to pay my account by phone, but need to pay $3.00 to pay by phone. I'm trying to avoid payments by phone, so I don't have to pay extra $3.00..... so, this company "Ginny's" NO CONSIDERATION AND INCONVENIENCE... Costumer and Technical support are not helpfull !!!! I guess that's what says "Money Talk"
