I completed the ICT Support Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship with GingerNut. My tutor was Ben who is a really helpful, patient and kind tutor who helped build my confidence and knowledge in preparation for my EPA. Thank you so much for all your help!

I had a great experience and learnt a lot, mainly due to my tutor Nick who was amazing! I developed new skills and achieved a distinction in the end, which I believe I wouldn't be able to do without the support and teaching from Ginger Nut Training. The systems are easy to use and track your progress too!

Gingernut Training has been an excellent apprenticeship provider, consistently supportive, responsive when needed, and always willing to offer additional guidance throughout my journey.

I've really enjoyed my Level 3 Events apprenticeship with Ginger Nut Training. The content covered is really interesting and I like how much I'm encouraged to link back to the work I do in my day to day role. My tutor, Peter, is also excellent and I always feel I can go to him with an issues I may have, or just to have a chat about anything I'm unsure of. The feedback provided is also very useful and I really feel that he's routing for me to do well!
I'd definitely recommend Ginger Nut to anyone looking to start an apprenticeship.

My tutor creates a safe and friendly environment during my learning sessions, I know I am able to freely ask questions and contact him if I need help. I am enjoying my apprenticeship and look forward to continuing my learning with Ginger Nut Training.

I have now completed my Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship, with the help of my tutor, Nick Fish. He has been amazing throughout, answering all my annoying questions and guiding me in the right direction with my assignments, which is very much appreciated. Thank you!!!

Communication is key and Ginger Nut are very good at it!
Plenty of help is on offer and although the emails and information can feel a little overwhelming at first, you soon get into the hang of dealing with it. The only barrier is your own motivation, but that's part of distance learning; as long as your employer gives you the time to learn and a place where you won't be disturbed, then it shouldn't be a problem.

What an amazing training provider! Ginger Nut have helped me thoroughly throughout my Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship! Looking forward to learning with them for the rest of my apprenticeship, thank you Ginger Nut!

I am currently doing a Level 3 Events Assistant apprenticeship, and it has been amazing. I have learnt so much about different types of events that my company doesn't provide, and it has given me more confidence to take on more responsibility within my job role.

My only downside is that I have to change tutors twice due to different circumstances; however, the transitions have been smooth.

I recently achieved a Distinction in the Information Communications Technician Level 3 apprenticeship and would like to thank my tutor Steve, and the whole team at Ginger Nut, for the faultless commitment and support that has been delivered throughout the entire apprenticeship process. I really enjoyed completing my apprenticeship with Ginger Nut, I learned a lot and it helped me get a job. My tutor Danielle Short was a good teacher and supportive.

My tutor had a wealth of knowledge that he was able to related to me in an easy to understand manner. I changed trainers a little way into the Apprenticeship and this caused a few issues later on as I had not been instructed correctly on how to fill out my timesheets and learning journal entries. This lead to a lot of reworking which my second tutor was extremely helpful with.

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding support Zoe has provided throughout my apprenticeship. I know I can be a difficult learner at times, but Zoe made the entire experience far easier and more positive.
She consistently showed patience, understanding, and a real ability to adapt her teaching approach so that I could engage and make progress.

Her willingness to adjust her methods to support my dyslexia made a significant difference. Zoe ensured that materials, explanations, and expectations were clear and accessible, creating an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and seeking help when I needed it.

Zoe’s professionalism, empathy, and commitment to my development have been exceptional. I am genuinely grateful for her guidance and the effort she put into helping me succeed.

I also want to acknowledge that the course itself was not well set up for my role as a Personal Assistant. This made it very difficult for me to relate my day-to-day responsibilities to the project management elements of the apprenticeship. Despite this challenge, Zoe worked with me to interpret the criteria in ways that made sense for my role, helping me find relevant examples and making the learning far more manageable than it would have otherwise been.

I studied Business Administration Level 3 as an Apprentice at LJMU. I really enjoyed learning all about how I could develop my skills during the apprenticeship online sessions! I felt they were really helpful, engaging and interactive. During the lead up to my exams, my tutor, Danielle Short was extremely helpful and I felt like I could communicate any concerns or queries at any point with her. It was really great to receive feedback after every assignment, and it allowed me to really grow and learn in all areas. Due to the help, support, and preparation from Danielle, especially during the lead up to my project completion and exam, I was able to achieve a Distinction in Business Administration Level 3, which I felt very proud of. Thank you Danielle and Gingernut!!

Throughout my course I have been provided with continuous support from my Tutor Danielle. Without her consistency and generosity I would have not been able to complete it!!

I completed the Cyber Security Technician Level 3 apprenticeship with Ginger Nut as my training provider.
Before this apprenticeship my career prospects were pretty dim as a late-20s guy working in a call center. Now, I'm employed as a cybersecurity analyst full-time, and have some hope that I can be successful in this career.
I was able to pass with a distinction, mainly due to my tutor Ben who supported me all the way. I owe a lot to Ben who always had faith in me and supported me through the OTJ and assignments.
While I don't know what the future holds, I'm happy to be working in tech and grateful to Ginger Nut for helping me with my change of career direction.

I had a lovely experience with Gingernut Training. They had regular webinars for you to attend which were really helpful and key to your development. The one to ones with your tutor are also really helpful and well organised. My tutor Zoe was so lovely and always willing to help! Thank you Zoe!

I had a lot of support from Steve throughout the apprenticeship and learnt a load over the course of the time and achieved a distinction due to the help of Steve always providing support and learning. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about using this provider.
