Gillibrand Accident Repair Centre  Anmeldelser

After my minor accident Gillibrand was recommended to me, and I am so pleased I listened. firstly the amazing staff made me feel at ease, and got my claim going without any stress to myself, all the phone calls required was done by the Gillibrand staff and they kept me in the loop at all times. they pencilled my repairs to be carried out last week 5th January 2023 and supplied me with a curtesy car. I have now picked up my car the the repairs have been completed to a very high standard (it looks like a new car again) I would recommend Gillibrand's if you need a repair and you are guaranteed that every thing will be done to a high standard and you will be greeted with a happy face. Very quickly and car its like new happy to recommend

Friendly staff, great communication throughout.

Having struggled to find a reliable garage for repairing my Polestar 2, I was pleased to find Polestar-approved Gillibrand.

The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The phone is answered quickly, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the car was collected for repair and delivered back home.

Very pleased with the quality of the repair, and the car was returned a week earlier than expected.

They where very helpful and very curtious throughout.
They have done a excellent job on my car

They were all extremely helpful and supportive

Friendly staff, I was kept updated and the work carried out was of high standard. Nothing was too much trouble, will definitely recommend them.

Work carried out looks great. Kept well informed of progress and the help provided in dropping off and collecting my car was very much appreciated. Thank you.

good communications, excellent repairs and nothing was too much trouble.

I recently had an awful experience, whereby I was forced off the road by a speeding car that failed to stop. I had only had my brand new Mini for a few months so this was most upsetting.

Gillibrand took all the stress and upset away with their professionalism, empathy and consideration. My car was recovered very promptly and repaired to the highest standard using BMW parts. I was kept completely up to date with the progress of the repairs, which were completed in a very timely manner.

I must also say that the staff that I dealt with - Natalie and Keith were amazing. They were so friendly and really made me feel that they would look after my car with care and consideration. I would also like to thank the mechanics in the body shop for the quality of the repair, the speed of it and the immaculate condition that my Mini was returned to me.

A truly excellent and seamless experience with Gillibrand in such an upsetting time. Thank you to you all and you deserve the excellent feedback that you receive.

An extremely happy customer Stephanie Tiley.

Outstanding work and communication by all the team. I was vey nervous of anyone collecting my car for repair it was all new to me.
From collecting my car to me picking it up the communication was 2nd to non. The work carried out was fantastic, my car looks brand new, even got an unexpected valet.
Friendly, reliable and defiantly recomment this company to anyone. 5* - 1st class service

I called Gillibrand once it became obvious that my car was unfit to drive due to an accident. They collected it that afternoon and gave an estimated time for repairs. The car was repaired to a high standard on time and delivered back to me promptly. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful.

Gillibrand Accident Repair Centre
They repaired my car and it looks excellent for an oldish(10years) but perfectly good car.
The Customer Service is spot on and my car was picked up and dropped off for me and great communications from all the Team at Gillibrands!
Thank you very much!

Perfect - honest at the start with time frame which really helped with expectations. A simple text msg each week with updates and then called to discuss options with the car and when complete, a simple call when it was ready and represented to me with a explanation of the work carried out.
Nothing short of a perfect service

Fast, efficient and friendly service

The team was excellent great service took my car for repair and brought back home when repaired very reliable service from start to finish the receptionist was very pleasant to talk to would definitely recommend to family and friends thankyou Gillibrand for such a great job will definitely use again

Fantastic repair job carried out on my car. Very happy with it.

My car went in for a minor repair and came out with more damage. Gillibrands will not take liability for it as it was “already there” according to their “inspection” when receiving my vehicle. So now I have a wonderful green mark on my car

Lovely job on my beautiful car after accidental errant towbar collided with front bumper/grille/sensors. Looking at my car now you would have no idea anything had happened. Excellent communication at every stage from Gillibrands, helpful and thorough. Very patient too! Clear and accurate timescales, fully informed throughout. Drop of and pick up no hassle at all and manufacturer recognised repair guarantee provided. Thank you all, Ariane has the patience of a saint and deserves a particular mention. Would recommend this bodyshop without hesitation.

The service here is absolutely excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car back there again if needed. I was kept informed at all times about my car when it went in for repair. I had to change the date also at very short notice and it wasn’t a problem and they did it the week after. The staff are very friendly ( they actually answer the phone straight away- no queues!) and the job was even completed 5 days early. I’m so happy with the job they did on my car and the even valeted it for me. 10 out of 10 from me!
