Giles was an absolute pleasure to work with. His email communication was always prompt, clear, and professional. During our Zoom meetings, he was polite, articulate, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Giles took the time to understand my personal circumstances and helped me consolidate my pensions while selecting a scheme aligned with my personal values, such as ethical investments. The detailed report he provided gave me confidence in his expertise, and at every stage, he explained the information in an easy-to-understand way.
