Stop ripping off the fans!

Buying up a load of tickets (that are meant to be for fans of the music) so you can sell them for more than double the price is disgraceful.

Only reason you didn't get the lowest score is because I liked the option to personalise and send the tickets as a gift.

We do not do this, in fact we run the Fair Ticketing Alliance which reports ticket abuse and illegal practices to Trading Standards, as part of our work we sit on a Parliamentary Group run by Sharon Hodgson MP, the Private Secretary to Sir Keir Starmer, the Labour Party leader. We also offer superb distribution to fans and the cheapest prices on the secondary market along with donating back to grassroots venues from every transaction to give back to the industry. It is very disappointing to hear reviews like this when we do so much to make the marketplace fairer for fans instead of the monopoly offered by Ticketmaster and their extortionate prices.

Throws u out and puts u back to the…

Throws u out and puts u back to the beginning if u make one mistake ie say password misses a letter then u have to go all the way back to the beginning . VERY FRUSTRATING I had to do it 5 times the site could be made easier to book tickets

Is this simply not a case of you putting in the wrong password 5 times though? Our password policy and the way the site operates is the same as any other site and functions normally. It seems extremely harsh to score 1/5 for something that wasn't our fault? Also were you happy with the tickets you acquired and what was that process like? Thanks Steve

Very easy to use and trustworthy

Very easy to use and trustworthy. I bought tickets for lauv. After searching for them literally everywhere.
Also Steve was very patient and helpful.
Definitely recommend 👌

I was babysitting for a family friend

I was babysitting for a family friend. Their children have behavioural issues as well as disabled. They used my card as they thought it was £17.30!! Money of £173.30 was taken out for 2 X tickets to see Leigh Francis. I explained the situation to a lovely gent but could not get a refund 🤬 even if I got the Police involved. I've seen tickets for £27.00!!
£173.30 for 2 X tickets is a complete rip off. Not being able to get a refund too. I'm so unhappy & with the crisis of living situation I did not have the money for this.

All of our tickets are non refundable which is an industry standard and would be the case wherever you bought tickets from. This term is signed up to at checkout. We advised that you can sell tickets on to recoup your money, again this is a standard practice within ticketing so not sure what reason you have for not doing that as everyone else does it in this situation? In terms of price we dynamic price tickets which again is a business model used by Ticketmaster, AXS and other venues such as the Royal Albert Hall these days, we make it very clear that this is how we price tickets. The tickets you bought from us would not have been available at £27.00 when you were looking for them. As previously suggested, sell your tickets on an unlimited price platform such as Viagogo, Stubhub or Gigsberg.

I have ordered X2 tickets to see Mahalia in Oct, really easy to use website. T&C’s are easy to understand looking forward to receiving the tickets nearer to the time of concert.

Sorry, but I am not happy with your service.
I bought tickets for the Iron Maiden concert on 4 July 2023. When the time came closer to the event all my friends booked tickets from different resellers and got their tickets early enough (around two weeks) before the event, a few days before the concert I had to remind Gigtik that I still do not have my tickets and I start to worry about it. That frustrated me a lot because I had bought tickets for the other two people and my image in front of them was a bit spoiled, as I bear the responsibility for arranging to visit the event. I got the tickets, but I HAD TO REMIND THEM! Therefore, I consider Gigtix a NOT RELIABLE reseller and can not recommend them.

After the above-stated review, Gigtix replied with a long wordy statement. They call me a liar, aggressive, nasty, etc. They are trying to divert your attention from the actual point. In the messaging via the Gigtix site, I summoned them to provide reliable and authentic evidence they received my tickets exactly after I sent them a reminder email, that is what they said, and I will officially state my apologies to them, but they did not do this because the TRUTH is that they received my tickets 18/06/2023 and sent them to me after the reminder email on 29/06/2023. nearly eleven days after they got the tickets from Ticketmaster, the official seller. Why do they keep my tickets? What is the reason? Who is the liar? No meaningful answer. I can prove the above but they can't. These people look so petty, screaming, shouting, crying like a spoiled child. They have no dignity to accept the truth and say: Yes, we made a mistake. On the contrary, they want to act as owners of our money and do what and when they want, leaning on the general terms and conditions which are for use in the very worst scenario and NOT for regular use, which was not the case. We the customers, do have not many choices because 99% of the resellers have the same general terms and conditions and we do not expect to fall in condition to follow them. Imagine, people, if I did not send them a reminder e-mail, according to the general terms and conditions, they would send me the tickets at the very last moment! What an insolence? Waiting with worries if everything is OK or something is wrong, as we live in a world full of scammers and frauds.
Dear review readers, I leave you to decide what is right and what is wrong. I just told the truth. I believe the resellers should treat us, the customers, with respect and loyalty, and not expect every time five-star award by review.

Hi, well what a very nasty and unkind comment to make, we feel this review is extremely unfair and not justifiable. The reason being that ticket delivery terms on all of our digital tickets are 48 hours before the event which is clearly stated and you signed up to at checkout. You didn't need to remind us, we transferred tickets to you on 29th June, 5 days before the event so what you have said "a few days before" is not factually correct. This is well within our terms and conditions of delivery and is plenty of time before the concert. We will always reassure customers in regards to delivery but if you had understood our terms and conditions then there would have been nothing for you to worry about. Tickets are issued from all different outlets at different times and what others do has no relevance to what we do and what you signed up to. Also of course your tickets were valid and from official sources, so any concerns you had would have been unfounded otherwise you wouldn't have got your tickets or into the venue, right? We could understand perhaps marking us down a star or perhaps 2 if you felt that delivery was too near the event, however even then we ask, why did you buy the tickets if you were not happy to receive them 2 days beforehand which you agreed to? In addition to the above, this buyer has been messaging us in private in a very attacking, aggressive and patronising tone and despite our best efforts he just wants to believe his own opinions which are not evidence based and are just inflammatory. This is what he has said in part " I and many others are your customers and you MUST serve us with respect and loyalty and send the tickets immediately when you have them, so we could have time to arrange everything in relation to the event, such as travelling to and back, day-off, etc. and most important certainty that everything goes well. We, the customers, are your food. Without us you are nothing. That is why, you have to be careful how you are dealing with your customers. I suggest you accept the bad review". - We don't believe that someone using this language really deserves our tiresome effort and business so going forward we will not be doing business with him and see him as an exception to the rule. We also believe this review should stay up to show people that you cannot please everyone sadly and that some people will just make up stories that they have dreamt up in their head about our business. There is of course no way that this buyer could know the things he is alleging, he does not work inside our business and cannot possibly have any proof of when we received the tickets. On the other hand in the real world, we do have the reminder email from Ticketmaster received on the 29th, though he isn't really interested in that and couldn't possibly admit he was wrong after saying all that he has. So anyway, to the rest of our customers, we love you dearly and thankyou for all of your kind reviews, we do our best always to never let you down. We can see from the huge majority of our reviews that most of you are more than happy with the service we provide, and that is what matters to us. In fact just after this nasty buyer we received a review from Paul Dean who said "Great service. Good price. Really helpful at every stage. So grateful for support. Trust this team every time. :-)". Can't really get a better reply than that to see where the real truth is, we will proudly defend our business but nothing better than our own customers defending it for us :-).
