I was disappointed with the delivery…
I was disappointed with the delivery cost to Ireland on Etsy given the order was 10 drawstring bags so I spoke to the owner who advised I order directly on their website where it was slightly cheaper but they failed to mention that delivering to Ireland I was also going to be charged customs which amounted to €24. The personalisation on the bags are lovely and I was happy with this but the quality of the bags are quite cheap. Overall I spent €106 on 10 bags but could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere so I was disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear that you were pleased with the personalisation on the bags!
I’m sorry to hear about the disappointment with the delivery costs and customs fees. We do our best to provide clear information, and I apologise if this wasn’t communicated as clearly as it should have been. Our shipping and returns policies state that all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, and we will work on making this information even more transparent in the future.
Regarding the quality of the bags, we appreciate your input and will take it into consideration as we work to improve our products.
Thank you for your honesty, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future x
