Wooden Photo Frame
I ordered a wooden photo frame for my husband's big 40th birthday with a customised text on the frame and it turned out so beautiful! It's simple yet memorable and meaningful. However, I also included a personalised message that should come with the gift wrap but it was sadly not included. The customer lady was kind enough to respond to my query and offered a refund. Good customer service there!

Lovely gift but the gift wrap was poor…
Lovely gift but the gift wrap was poor and not worth the money. I think a note should be put in the box just saying they are soapstones as this is important to the choice made.

Hi Helen,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, we really appreciate your feedback. We're pleased to hear you thought the item made a lovely gift.
Our listing title does state “Personalised Wooden Whiskey Stones Box with 8 Reusable Soapstone Ice Cubes”, and the images also show the soapstones presented in the wooden box. However, we appreciate your suggestion about including a note inside the box and will certainly take this into consideration for future improvements.
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the gift wrap and will review this with our team to ensure it better reflects the quality of our products. Thank you again for your valuable feedback x
