I got this reward card for completing a survey and it was really easy and quick to redeem the gift card and use it for the retailer that I selected.

I got this gift card a few months ago after done a survey, only got to use it. Really easy to use, a lot of shop options, very practical! I used it on Amazon, the redeem is instant.

I activated my giftcards for Amazon and tried to purchase an item online. It came up with an error message saying that the gift cards were applied to a different account. I contacted gift pay for help but they keep saying that as i activated them they cannot help me. How was i to know they wouldnt work until i activated them to use? Very upset as i was relying on these to help for Xmas.

Always great to deal with especially considering the problems are of our making.

Went to use this gift card twice, both times the gift wasn’t working.
One example was the site stating it’s not valid and the other site was stating they don’t accept gift cards despite this company advertising the said brand.
I contacted the company twice about both situations over a week ago and have had no response about either. My full gift card has gone to waste due to the error of gift pay.customer service doesn’t exist, appalling

Really easy service to use. Also a good range of shops that volunteers can choose from. We also think it's great you can use one voucher in multiple stores e.g. £100 = £50 Amazon, £30 Aldi, £10 Boots

I had a problem redeeming a card close to the expiration date. Giftpay called me back and were really helpful and most importantly FLEXIBLE enough to solve my problem and made my day. Really good.

As an end user (employee of a customer of giftpay) they are excellent! I can choose where I spend them and there's loads of choice. Theyre super easy to redeem in just a few clicks and you can split the value amongst multiple vendors.

What a wonder experience. Rebecca was extremely helpful through the whole process even though she is in Europe and me in the United States. Looking forward to using them in future projects.

We've been using Giftpay for some time now to deliver vouchers worldwide and their service is exceptional. A perfect example was today where an employee error meant that a giftcard was issued in the wrong currency. Despite being on annual leave, our Account Manager, Kristy responded to an email and cancelled the voucher so it could be re-issued correctly to the recipient immediately. I cannot fault them!

We used GiftPay for business purposes and we were very happy with the outcome. We needed a solution that could work across Europe, and GiftPay was the most fitting by far, especially thanks to the flexibility when redeeming the gift cards.

would give a zero if there's a choice. no solutions. once you redeem with any partners, what they said was it's not related to gift pay though you cannot use the gift card at all - you suck

Service provision is beyond excellent, and the personal touch these days goes a long way. No request is ever too much. It's the perfect solution for corporate gifting. Makes a nice change from sending out the typical Amazon voucher. They always email back really quickly to any questions we have too. Would recommend!
