Sold me a dud voucher and then told me to take it up with the retailer
Have previously found this service to be pretty smooth. However I have now had my first issue and they have completely passed the buck.
I bought 5 vouchers from them BUT only 4 work. GiftCardStore’s response is that I need to argue my case with the retailer that the vouchers are for!
Will be taking up with my credit card company as they clearly haven’t sold me what I paid for.

Unfortunately, in this case Gift Card Store do not load the vouchers, they come directly the particular company as requested. Due to this, you need to speak to the voucher provider to have them investigate why the funds are not as they should be.
We appreciate how frustrating this is and will do anything we can to support.

Poor customer service and no card arrived
Their website shows that electronic gift card delivery is instant (but can take up to 24 hours).
I ordered my gift card on the 4th December and today I have still not had it delivered.
My email to Customer Services, sent on the 5th December has gone unanswered, not even an acknowledgedment of receipt.
My call to Customer Services along with a "You will receive a response in 24-48 hours" has again, gone unanswered.
Seriously .... what does it take to send a gift card over email??
I suspect the only way this kind of company will listen is when I initiate a chargeback via my credit card as I've paid for something that I have not received.
My advice to anyone looking to use this site ... Don't!
UPDATE: Despite me raising a support ticket on Friday 6th, I phoned to ask for an update on it today and it's not even been looked at!
The best bit - I've received an email today, thanking me for my purchase and asking me to rate you on TrustPilot.
Here's your rating .... 0% Customer Service, 0% Satisfaction. 100% Thieves!
I'd really like some assistance to get the problem resolved if possible please.

Bought this as an e-gift for a 10 year…
Bought this as an e-gift for a 10 year old boy.
There's no option to print the card at home, it has to be saved in an online wallet. Very complicated to download and use - in the end I kept the voucher and bought him an Amazon one! I cannot work out how to use the card to buy online, super frustrating. I logged a call with CS, noone ever replied and it's been 2 weeks, Won't be buying from here again.

Bought a gaming gift card which offered a 10% bonus gift card. I never received the bonus card. On chasing I was told the offer wasn't valid anymore even though it was still on the site as we spoke. They raised some sort of investigation for which I received a generic email but no follow-up in a week!!
