Be aware no cashback from Topcashback
So far alright with The gift card store but there is always pending cash back from topcashback because of the pending from Gift card store even I did everything right. I have waited more than 4 months already...

DONT TRUST
We purchased a £100 gift voucher. The offer stated (and I have a screen shot) special bonus of £12 offered on all purchases. The offer was not fulfilled in the reduction of cost taken or in the Gift voucher itself. I phoned and was assured it would be rectified in 48hrs. 3 days later an email arrived, states on your next order, we will give you a discount code as a gesture of goodwill, decided to try place another order of £25 to insert the said discount code and guess what, no place to insert during checkout. I believe false advertising to gain sales is illegal

Waste of time
Was hesitant based on mixed reviews but thought i would give them a chance. Order on Saturday a digital one4all card. Nothing sent by Sunday so emailed. Monday replied back with details requested. Was told the order was not processed correctly, so we will need to issue a refund. 2 days later a refund has been provided, but complete waste of time. Not sure how orders cannot be processed incorrectly and why they take orders and payments if they cannot be processed.

Digital gift card in 3-5 days!
Ordered a digital one for all gift card. FAQ said delivered in minutes. Nothing arrived so I called customer services to be told it will take 3-5 days?! Asked why this wasn't mentioned on the website to be told they don't know why.
Email states: All eGift orders are processed almost immediately, once your method of payment has been approved.
Asked for a refund but this was refused. Will never use again.

Excellent gift for the 'hard to buy for'
Ordering was easy - extra money added to the card is brilliant.
Gift card arrived a few days later with a lovely Christmas theme and our private message was printed on the accompanying letter.
Wasn't to keen on the free Christmas card I could have send it in though.
Apart from that excellent service - have used before and will definitely use again

Poor customer service
Firstly I have to say that it was my initial mistake that has caused me to rate Gift Card Store with a 2 star rating.
I ordered a gift card online and ordered an e-gift card by mistake (I actually needed a physical card) which was, rightly, sent to my e~mail address, however, I instantly realised my mistake and got in contact with the Gift Card Store who e-mailed back asking for further information which I gave and also requested cancelling the e-gift card and asked if I could be sent a physical card. Then 2 days later I received another e~mail saying they couldn’t help and that I was stuck with the e Gift Card. The 2 star rating is for the lack of any help and quite a poor customer service response
