We’ve been using them for over a year now. Their website is easy to navigate, and they’ve worked with us on every order to make sure we were taken care of. My staff loves this gift!
The process changed from last year and I didn't see any clear instructions explaining the change. I figured it out and emailed service to confirm, but clearer instructions on redemption would be helpful. My staff again loved this gift and it was worth the effort to give them something they truly like.
