Returned a ring as too small
Returned a ring as too small. They seem reluctant to send my refund. Emailed several times requesting my refund. No reply. Wondering if I will actually get it.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry for the delay in processing your refund.
Unfortunately, your email confirming that you wished to receive a refund rather than an exchange did not reach us due to what appears to have been a system issue, which meant your request was not actioned as quickly as it should have been.
As confirmed in our email, your refund has now been processed, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We appreciate your patience and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kind Regards,
