Working with Kary was an incredible experience. Having gone through training in the Emotion Code, the Body Code, Energy Radiance, and other healing modalities — and having spent many years in the holistic health space and working with countless practitioners and healers— I can say without hesitation that her depth and breadth of knowledge are truly exceptional.

What impressed me most was not just what she knows, but how seamlessly she integrates a wide range of modalities in a way that feels intuitive, natural, and profoundly effective. Kary is a source of grounding comfort, particularly in times when I feel shakingly untethered. I've had many moments where she's healing old wounds and expresses the feelings that are coming up, which reflect my experience. What is really affirming is some times the wound comes with beliefs and when she would express that old belief it would floor me on how accurate it is. Not just the belief itself but the choice of words used. There are many ways to express a belief of unworthiness but to get to the nuance of a specific wording, to the degree it lands so hard that I can feel the (old) truth of it, it's moving. I'm grateful to have been introduced to Kary and more thankful she shares her gifts with the world.

I have had the BLESSING to work with Kary on MULTIPLE occasions since 2021. I was the biggest skeptic of “energy” and “woo” practices. And then I went through an illness that nearly killed me, and it was the “power of intention”, mindset shifts, and spiritual interpretations of my symptoms that began to heal me after MONTHS of pure medicine. Shortly after that, I was experiencing a money block in my business and my coach challenged to return to therapy and “do more work” on a VERY OLD SA wound, but I had already “gotten over it”, and processed mentally in talk therapy. I literally didn’t have any “conscious trigger” left. And…I learned that “the body keeps the score”.

I had met Kary in a leadership program and learned of her work there. Kary’s work, with the body code and a few other modalities, doesn’t require any talk therapy, it doesn’t require your mind at all. So I said, what the heck! I’m open to anything…”we shall see” and gave it a try!

The things she was able to decode without me EVER saying a word were incredible!!!!! She picked up on my SA, and I didn’t say anything about it. She removed the “programming” or “aura” left behind from that and several other events in my life. I didn’t “feel” anything, but much like I “prayer”, I was simply open. The results were immediate! The awareness I had, my “energy shifted”, my body felt “lighter” in a sense. Since then, I have returned several times to do work on other things.

When I just can’t “make sense” of something, “put my finger on it”, “identify a block” but clearly “something isn’t working”…”when I have no words”….or when I “just don’t feel like talking about it”…KARY IS MY GO TO!!!! She supports me in processing, healing, releasing without words!

Kary is extraordinary. If I say she is an "energy healer" that really doesn't do justice to her work. Kary re-shapes the universe in a very quiet, understated way. She removes blocks, she re-directs flow, she brings balance and healing, and all of this over a Zoom link working with a pendulum and a smart phone. She is remarkable. I've happily recommended her to many people, all of whom respond the same way: "Wow!"

Heal from things I never thought I could heal from. I’m a lot calmer, collected, centered, and I just have to thank Kary for helping me get there. I had read the self-help books, I had gone to self-improvement seminars, I had done the “work” but nothing was sticking.
