I’ve already reviewed but seen as I’m getting another email to review and I’ve still yet to hear anything back from get trend here we go again…. Wrong size of socks delivered lots of emails sent form filled in from their website, chat with someone on their website and still no offer to refund/exchange. Sent them my order number and a picture of what I received but they just cba to reply….£17 down on some Minecraft socks for my son which might fit him in 3 years time when he likely won’t be interested in Minecraft anymore. Customer service non existent.one very disappointed mother…..

Ordered a pair of shorts in size 3XL, which is normally a baggy size for me, but I couldn't even get them over my thighs!

Tried to return them but repeatedly ignored emails. I will not use them again.

This is a great company.
The mystery boxes are well worth the money as you get a lot more.

They placed the decimal incorrectly on the customs duty form resulting in an import fee 8x the actual sale price. Very unprofessional.

The wrong size onesie was sent and I’ve tried to contact the company to change it in time for Christmas and no one has replied. So despite ordering the right size it’s a total waste of money as the wrong one was sent and I can’t give it now for Christmas. Really disappointed.
