Good with limitations
The smartphone was not in the condition stated at the time of purchase (good instead of very good), unfortunately the corresponding partial repayment was very low. Otherwise fast delivery, device works perfectly

As I needed money to cover some…
As I needed money to cover some expenses I decided to part with my iPhone. I sent it to that sad company, unfortunately. They send me an email saying :
Thank you for sending us your device.
For devices over €400, we require proof of purchase, as standard. If you could provide any proof you may have, it would be appreciated. (i.e Picture of physical or electronic receipt).
We appreciate in certain circumstances, you may not be able to provide this, If this is the case, please send us a proof of ID.
In the email saying we may not be able to provide the receipt and you can send proof of ID instead. If you try to reply to that email you get a reply back that the email doesn't exist.
I contacted them on WhatsApp and they said we want both proof of receipt and proof of ID. I told them I got the phone with a pay monthly some time ago and the mobile operators don't provide a receipt when it's 0 upfront cost only the contract mobile agreement. I sent them that and my passport photo. They rejected the documents and accused me that I may not have paid it off.
I'll check legal actions for defamation and also for breach of promise and for wasting my time at a time when I needed to pay off important expenses.
Don't waste your time with these single-cell organisms, go to swappie.

A minor glitch was dealt with swiftly and I got an upgrade as an apology. The phone really is ‘as new’ so I’m one very happy customer. Recommended without reservation!

AnPost delivered my phone that I sent down to the wrong place. They have advised that GetTech must get in contact to make a claim. GetTech refuse to answer my calls, texts or emails about this. I will be documenting the conversation for further action. Avoid !

Compro un OnePlus9Pro e quando lo ricevo mi accorgo di aver un accessorio errato. Cavetto di caricamento di iPhone e soprattutto caricatore Huawei da 0.5W che rifiutano di cambiare con comparativo OnePlus da 80W asserendo che il prodotto da loro inviato è come l'originale perché ricarica. Peccato che mi negano la funzione di warpcharge, che è una funzione di base del telefono. È che OVVIAMENTE qualitativamente il caricatore da 4.99 euro da loro inviato non è minimamente comparabile all'originale dal costo di euro 59.99

The man in the store was so helpful. I was allowed use the device to check different settings, check the camera/mic, etc. the whole thing was seamless. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! 10/10

Top Notch Experience
Very good service. I posted my unit from Dublin using the very good An Post returns service and the package was delivered to Get Tech the next day. Inspection was done quickly, and payment was made as promised. Highly recommended, will use them again for sure to sell used tech.
