I didn’t think this simple thing would work but I have had knee pain for more than 30 years so I thought I’d not really loose anything by giving it a try.
I can’t believe how wonderful the last couple of days have been, walking my dog has been a dream, I have even been able to bend my knees to pick up his ball. Truly amazing.

I was sceptical about this but bought them anyway. I must say they have made a great difference to my walking. Help me get round the golf course a lot easier just wearing one on my poor left knee. I also wear on both knees now that I have started playing badminton as well. I believe there are dodgy ones being sold elsewhere.

For me personally they work, they are not a cure all but there is a definite improvement in walking this may not work for all people but for me very good product is a bit pricey but that's the only negative

I honestly don't know how it works but it does. When you look at it you just can't see what this little strap can do to help me get up and down stairs better but it can. Simple as that x

I have wore all kinds of knee supports over the years but none have given as much relief as the stryde has

It does its job, yes, I can walk, do stairs, exercise etc. It can take some trying to get it into the correct position, and due to this you constantly have to keep opening and closing the velcro, which in turn becomes weak quite quickly, to the point that the velcro strap stops sticking altogether. So to me the price does not reflect the quality of the product. It stays in perfect position when applied straight to the skin, but if its placed over clothing it does not stay in position. (Constantly having to reapply it to the correct position) maybe look at the quality of the velcro strap to endure more opening and closing then I think this is a very good product. Price definitely needs to be a little lower though.

Only worn it three times now. But it has done a great job, comfortable to wear

I am Very pleased with them I can walk with no pain and walk up and down the stairs I was a bit sceptical about them but I must admit they are good.

Best knee straps I've used and I have tried many!!!! Very comfortable to wear, do not move without needing to be overly tightened. Most importantly, knee pain has been reduced greatly, though not totally eradicated (what straps do!!!). Very easy to put on and locate. Excellent product.

They work! I struggle a little to get them placed correctly as I have ‘fat knees’, but once in place I’ve noticed a real lessening of pain in my knees sitting and standing. There’s also an improvement in going up and down the stairs, although not fully pain free yet. I’ll continue to wear them.

Having knee problems required using some kind of support. I have tried many many types and styles all promising to relieve pain. And none provided any real results.
However I bought a stryde knee band and the problem I had was instantly helped. I noticed pain reduction and the knee cap stopped grinding. Excellent item. Really pleased I bought this.

I was surprised it was shipped from China, thought it was shipped from UK. But I have been impressed with the product. Only had it 7 days now, but with effort I can go upstairs, 7 stairs normal, instead of 1 stair at a time. Early days!!!

It didn't take long to arrive.
And after wearing it for a few day's it really works. So I'm very pleased with the strap. Plus it was a very good price

From the 1st email where i asked if the "Stryde" would be good for undiagnosed knee pain, stryde reply was see a doctor before buying .

Pain free for weeks now, my life has changed , stairs no hand rail grabbing, squatting to play with my grandsons and getting up unaided, and long walks a breeze

Pain is almost gone. Can walk so much further without needing to stop. It takes around a fortnight of wearing before you really notice the difference.
