A company that cares
When you make such a big decision to do this it is important that you have medical experts with you through this journey and with Slimmr that is exactly what you get.
They care about you and reply, often within minutes, to any worries you may have. You can speak to a pharmacist if you have any concerns and the company encourage healthy eating and exercise as part of your treatment.
Having lost a stone, over a few months, I am very happy with my results too.

I’ve been genuinely impressed with Slimmr. The programme is well-designed and effective, combining access to medication with practical tools to support lasting change. What sets it apart is the wraparound care — from the structured video resources to weekly exercise sessions and guidance around behaviour change. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach, and that makes a real difference. Everything is handled professionally and efficiently, from the initial consultation to regular check-ins and delivery of medication. The process feels safe, well-regulated, and thoughtfully put together. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience that’s helped me not only lose weight but also build confidence in maintaining it.

I have felt supported, encouraged and appreciated by programme members throughout my 6 months working with them.
I saw this company in an article in The Times. They offer medical, psychological, nutritional and exercise programmes in expert support of weight loss.
An on-line questionnaire documents your initial medical status and allows you to state your reasons for needing to achieve weight loss and your targets for entering the programme.
They suggest a regime that may include weight loss medication, psychological support, diet and exercises. If you wish to try medication then both major GLP-1 drugs are available on-line from them.
You will be required to complete a questionnaire each month to track not only your weight but also any complications of medication, dietary changes and exercise details.
Your progress will be followed by staff from the company and if you, or they, flag up any problems they will contact you by phone or online to check in with you personally.
I have felt supported, encouraged and appreciated by programme members throughout my 6 months working with them.

I highly recommend this company. All my emails have been answered promptly and helpfully. Everyone I have dealt with at Slimmr and the Pharmacy to which it is connected has been friendly and charming. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I feel well- supported by very knowledgeable team.

Amazing advice, support and service
I cannot thank the Slimmr staff enough for their advice and support. The service is outstanding and being worried about embarking on my weight loss, healthy lifestyle journey it was reassuring having a qualified doctor and team to support me through my journey.
