Disgusting invasion of privacy
Have been using the site for a couple of months, fully verified. Suddenly, my account is suspended without explanation, and I am asked to provide a payslip to prove my earnings. I did as requested, I was then asked to provide a bank statement to prove my pay is being deposited. I did as requested. They then proceeed to question transactions between myself and family members and asking for an explanation as to why I trasnfer money to my partner etc. This was a step too far for me. I contacted them and asked them to close my account with immediate effect, plenty of other sites around to use! I am still waiting for the account to be closed after 2 or 3 days. Joke of a company - I recommend you avoid and stick to the main sites if possible.

Yet again please don’t use SBK. I put on some horses for Grand National and then today the final line up got announced in which 2 of my horses were no longer racing so contacted SBK to get the bet void and my stake back to use on other horses only to be told they keep my money as counts as a loss if horse doesn’t run lol This better app is an absolute joke! Couldn’t care about its customers just wants to make up its own rules to get customers money. It’s a disgrace. Please don’t use this betting company!!!

Got a £30 new customer promo offer, went though everything they asked me to do, transferred £10 and placed £10 bet. Now being told that I have to place another £10 bet as the first one didn’t count as it needs to be over 2.0 odds which that don’t put in the promo, but have in the t&c

Same as the other reviews. Signed up and met all criteria for the free bet and they said free bet won’t be given as it’s at their discretion. Can’t even withdraw money luckily it’s not much but this must be an actual scam site
