Great company! Super responsive to customers and willing to help both when I was placing my order, and when I needed assistance getting started with their mobile app.

Beginning to think this is a scam. I ordered the Rocketbook Pro - money has been taken from my account 3 weeks ago. The pad still hasn’t arrived and despite emailing customer service a number of times, zero response from them. Wish I’d never ordered now - don’t think I’ll be seeing my £56 again.

Der Online Shop ist nicht besonders gut. Habe am 02.01. eine Bestellung aufgegeben, dann ist eine Woche lang nichts passiert. Auf Nachfrage, wann die Sendung verschickt wird, wurde die Bestellung storniert, alle 3 Artikel (?) sind angeblich nicht mehr vorrätig. Die Produkte also besser über andere Online Shops bestellen.

I already own two Rocketbooks and wanted to replace one of them, as after 1,5 years of daily use, its edges curled, the pen did not work as well in places that I am often writing on.
I ordered on August 14th via the website, never got a confirmation E-Mail with an order number or anything, only a confirmation of payment from paypal. Since I have not received an order number, I am unable to track my order, so I reached out to customer service on August 22nd and have not had a reply or even a copy of my message sent to me via E-mail, as other websites often do.
I really like working with the Rocketbook, but their customer service is non-existent. In the future, I will either order via Amazon or not use Rocketbook at all, if they are not even able to send an order confirmation or invoice via E-mail.

Contacted customers service several times through mail and website: no answer what so ever.
I have ordered several rocketbooks more than 10 days ago and have received no reply or 'send shipment'.

I doubt that I will receive my products.I hope to get my money back.

I have reached out to the American branch but they said because I live in Europe, the UK must reply and send them a mail to prioritise my mail. This happened several days ago and I still haven't heard from them.

I feel scammed and have runned out of options to contact them.

What could they do better? Just reply, update and provide some service.

Edit: I have ordered my rocketbooks and since I had contact they helped me so I updated my review to 3 stars.
I have received my books and enjoyed them please upgrade the website and the costumer service. They are, I have to say, friendly but need some more structure on how to handle things.

Order placed on 8/9/23 Not Shipped yet! UPS doesn't have the package to ship to me yet! This order was placed for my son on 8/9/23. This is unacceptable customer service! They have not responded to any of my emails yet regarding this order. I am a dissatisfied customer!
