I ordered a quip set mid OCT. After 3 weeks I still had not received the order to my London address. I then chased Quip and they said it just must have gotten lost and started the process of sending me another one. It is now 1 and half months later and I still haven't received it BUT I did just received a customs charge to be paid as Quip hasn't paid customs?!
Don't waste your precious time.

I have had a positive experience with quip thus far, I even recommended and bought one for my mom, however my tooth brush stopped working about 6 weeks ago, I left a message on their website about the issue because they claim to have a lifetime warranty. I got the blanket, "we got your message but with covid we have longer than usual response times, please only contact once per issue.' Okay, I waited..... over a week, then I noticed that I would be getting charged for the refill on the tooth brush that does not work, so I send another email to the subscription option, explaining I understand that they are having longer than usual response times, but why do I want to get a new brush head when my toothbrush doesn't work? I get a response from (insert generic name here because actual accountability for something 4.5 years ago is a thing), who explains yes, longer than usual wait times but since I had a subscription issue they would take care of it now, did I still want my refill? Please send pictures of your toothbrush. I do a that, they charge me for my refill and then nothing, that was 3 weeks ago. I got my refill today for my broken toothbrush that still won't power on... there must be a very large back log of customer service issues if it takes this long to answer your customer service emails

i wish the bristles were just a bit firmer, or at least an option to get firmer bristles. that is my only complaint so far. really liking my Quip!

I have been using the Quip toothbrush for about three weeks and I like it. I like that it shuts off after two minutes that way I know that I have brushed the right amount. I like the brush surface. It is soft yet does the job.

Love that quip is available for kids. My 9 year old son loves the toothbrush but doesn’t like the kids toothpaste

The product is fine but shipment and customer service is terrible. It's been over a month since my refill was supposed to ship and it looks like it got stuck in transit. Who's fault is that? Not mine. I was hoping to get another replacement shipped. It's been over a week since I tried emailing them. I emailed them again and left a message on their corporate line. Customer service is the worst.

We love our Quip brushes. They get into all of the nooks and crannies and are so easy to travel with.

Quick, thorough service. When my toothbrush cracked after a battery got stuck, they offered me a full replacement and shipped it free to Italy. Amazing service!!

I like the 'concept' of the product. The problem is their customer service and lately the subscription brush heads. It truly takes FOREVER for them to ship the heads out to you! It will take about two weeks for you received them from the date they ship it out. I started noticing that the heads they were sending me were not fitting properly after the 2nd shipment (6 months in). I didn't say anything because I thought it was a one off situation. I went to Target and purchased a separate head for another $10. When I got another bad head three months later, I sent an email to their customer service team, and NO RESPONSE! So I went and purchased another head from Target for another $10. When I got ANOTHER bad head three months later, I sent another email, with NO RESPONSE. This time, when I went to Target to purchase a replacement head, this one did not fit as well! After this, I sent my final email, canceled the subscription, and then threw the brush away! I still have not heard from their customer service team. Their quality is LOW as well as their customer service. The heads DO NOT FIT THE BRUSHES like they should and they pop off EASILY with little pressure. That's an unnecessary added stress to a mundane, easy task in your day. Learn from me, SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY!!!

Quip works better than a standard toothbrush, leaving me feeling cleaner and fresher. Quip is cute, fun, and visibly attractive! Very happy with my purchase

I love the product but the customer service and delivery are appalling! They take weeks to reply and I've never received refill on time. My last one is 4 months late!

Waited 4 weeks for delivery then told not their problem because it had been passed to a courier and to check with m local customs office

It's easy to use, it actually makes it feel like I am brushing my teeth like normal.

Excellent toothbrush, love the toothpaste too! The timer made me realize the corners I was cutting, as embarrassing as it is to admit.
