Didn't work for me at all. So i emailed them asking for my money back as per their money back guarantee, but no reply, I've resent it several times but still nothing. Am so disappointed and feel stupid now for being taken in by it.

I'm updating my previous review. I ordered at the end of January. Never received the items.
Multiple emails sent with no response.
Contacted my bank for a refund. Once I had done this, I had contact from Oomie saying there had been an issue with my order and they were re-sending it.
Received new tracking details but once again DIDN'T receive the items. Thankfully I told them I would only contact my bank once I had received my items
Thank goodness for the security of my bank to protect my payment. DO NOT USE!! I believe this might be a scam

Felt no difference whatsoever, they offer a 90 day money back guarantee. Nobody responded to my email then my email address was blocked by their server!! Don’t waste your money!

I had no issues in receiving the product and as an avid migraine sufferer I had high hopes. Unfortunately this product is a complete waste of money, I've attempted to use it several times but it just does not work. Do not be sucked in by false claims. Very disappointed.

Product didn't do anything for my migraines. I've been trying to use their 90 return guarantee for close to two months and just go around and around in circles with their AI email responses, never getting any info about actually returning the product and getting a refund. Useless product, non existent customer service.

I placed an order on 16 February and over two months later I have still received the item. I have contacted Oomie four times and I have not received a response to any of my emails. I have had to claim the money back via my bank. I strongly recommend against ordering anything from this company.

I ordered from them on February 8 and today, April 14, I have still not received the order. I contacted them 3 times with no response. I asked them to cancel the order but still no response. I will be contacting my credit card company next.

Sad to say they are a scam, no product and no response for months of emails.

Ordered from Oomie in February and never received the migraine relief tool and they charged me twice, contacted them several times but had no response. Contacted bank and PayPal and got my money back fortunately.
Company obviously a scam company preying on people's pain so avoid at all cost, people like these are scum

Ordered on 7th February for delivery in 3-5 days.

Emailed them multiple times to chase and then to cancel the order. Only one of the early emails had a response and that was AI. It asked me for my location, I provided that and heard nothing further.

The delivery was made today 04.04.25 after I had requested cancellation and refund three times over the last month.

What has been delivered looks like cheap tat and no where near the price paid. Cannot say whether it works. Can’t imagine being able to obtain a refund.

Avoid at all costs. This company is preying on the vulnerability of people who are in pain.

I ordered the device in early March however, when I hadn't received it 3 weeks later and long beyond the expected delivery date, I contacted the company. I was advised (by an AI bot) that my order had been received and that it would arrive on a date now long passed. I looked for other contact details and attempted contact again a week later, hoping to get a human being. However, the AI reply this time advised I check my tracking details. I cannot get hold of anyone who can help and so have started the charge back process for goods not received through my bank as I can't afford to be out of pocket. The sad thing is that like most other reviewers, I ordered it in pain and desperation, so it is all the more disappointing.

Ordered at the end of February and the product still hasn’t arrived. Emails have not been answered despite reaching out in different ways through email address, replying to the one they sent to me, the shop app and instagram. Very disappointed with this it’s clearly a scam company so don’t order from them!

I ordered an Oomie mask on Mar 13th, got a confirmation email but have heard nothing since. I have reached out to the customer service team multiple times on the site but they never respond. Its a joke. They replied with an AI bot answer via email and I cant get a refund. Terrible.

I have tried the Oomie but unfortunately it does not help my migraines at all. I had hoped to become less dependent on the Sumatriptan medication I have relied on for many years but this has not happened.
I have been in contact many times with customer services and eventually received the go ahead to return it for a full refund.
However, although assuring me that my refund is being processed it has not progressed. I do not have a return address just a message saying my “ticket will be picked up soon.” Whatever that means.
I am an honest customer who genuinely hoped this device would work for me as it seems to have for others.
Any emails I have received have been AI generated and incapable of dealing with my return and refund.
To make matters worse I receive emails advertising Oomie and othe products.
Would someone with the authority to process my return please get in touch urgently?

I placed an order in early February but have yet to receive the products. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company for information and to request a refund, I have not received any response—aside from an automated AI chatbot, which has been unhelpful. I have tried reaching out through various channels without success. I would strongly advise others to consider more reliable alternatives.

Received the product pretty quickly but couldn't get it to work. I emailed them to clarify instructions and never received a response. After trying it again I experienced severe ear pain for several days, and found out later that I had ruptured my tympanic membrane.

UPDATE 29th April….. have spoken to CAB and action fraud and the bank, still no contact from this lot despite numerous emails ! And still no product and still no refund ! needless to say !

Ordered on 4th feb, still not arrived (now 23rd March) emailed twice through their site message link thing and no response except for the automated ‘we have picked up your ticket’ now demanding a refund and will be reporting them to trading standards to try and get them shut down.

Placed an order in December and it never arrived. I’ve been chasing for info and a refund since mid January and the last email I got back from the company was 31st January and since then I’ve either been completely ignored or have only received ai responses. They have no complaints procedure, no SLAs, and won’t give the name or direct email addresses of any managers. I’ve emailed, submitted info through their website, and sent messages on Instagram but I’m not getting anywhere.

Terrible experience. Never received my order. After initial enquiries as to the whereabouts of my order they are now completely ignoring. Have raised a claim with PayPal. This company should be shut down.

Ordered in hope of success but found product to be unsuccessful in my case and am quite sure they are preying on the desperation of migraine sufferers which is cruel. Used the ‘money back guarantee’ and was informed I could have a refund if I returned the item but only after multiple trying to get me to take a partial refund and keep it emails. I returned item and still have yet to receive refund but have stopped receiving any responses from company at all. Do not use. This is a con.
