The tours were so much fun and informative. But it was the kindness of the team at GetLocal which made our stay a lot more enjoyable. There were there when we missed our tour and replaced them without any issue. and they were there to give us tips for our stay.

Look no further to book your trips, the prices were much cheaper than anywhere else we looked into.

I used this company recently to book extra tours on our visit to Iceland. It was so easy to book a tour and you are personally taken care of by e-mail and nothing is too much trouble! I had double booked one tour because I was not sure what was included with my travel company, I sent a quick email to the company and they sorted it out within the half hour and booked me in on a different day! One tour was cancelled and a refund was received immediately!! I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Fantastic service!!

Last minute booking (as we were let down with another tour) so there was some confusion with our pick up. Other than that, the tour guide was informative and the day well organised.

I will say that Einar, the gentleman who sorted it all out for me and chased our missing bus was wonderful, helpful and polite throughout.

We booked a snowmobiling excursion via GetLocal in February. Booking in the first instance was really easy, and customer service was great. I had to cancel one of our 5 places at short notice and was provided a full refund for that place with no problems. Response time to emails is super quick and everyone I communicated with was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them and I will book through them again on our next visit to Iceland!
