I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Getlabs.

I am currently pursuing IVF after completing cancer treatment, and I needed time-sensitive labs done on a very specific day of my cycle, which happened to fall on a Saturday. Because there were no LabCorp locations open nearby on a Saturday, I was relieved to find Getlabs and scheduled an at-home appointment between 8:00-10:00 AM.

I received both email and text confirmations, and was told I would be notified when the phlebotomist was on their way. But I never heard a single word from anyone. And worse, no one showed up at all.

I attempted to contact customer support, but there is no real support available. The only option is an Al chatbot, which was completely unhelpful. When I requested to speak with a representative, I was told no one was available. There is also no phone number to call. It is unacceptable to offer weekend appointments without any form of customer support or accountability.

Because of this failure, I now have to wait an entire month to try again - time that is incredibly valuable and emotionally significant in the IVF process.

This experience was not just inconvenient, it was negligent and deeply frustrating. A service like this should be reliable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive medical needs. Instead, Getlabs failed to show up, provided no support, and left me without any recourse.

Getlabs is incapable of simply doing their ONE job, so again I say:

DO NOT USE GETLABS

The nurse/phlebotomist was very professional, competent, courteous. He arrived on time, set up quickly, but efficiently. Pleasant attitude and moved as efficiently as a NASCAR pit crew. Pricing is a little steep, but there is cost and price. I would rather pay what is a fair number and get a competent person as opposed to the cheapest vendor. I would definitely use again and hope to get the same employee. His name was Ernie and I would say he's a very good ambassador.

The process was so convenient!

Everything from the online scheduling, to the timeliness and professionalism of the technician, were all top notch. I loved my experience, and I will definitely use them again.

I used to be a past employee with this company. I have been trying to get my some information regarding my employment and they have been blowing me off. When I was working for them they had “VIP” customers etc. if your just a normal customer than don’t expect the phlebotomist to give any care for you. Same with their customer service email. All they send back is an automated message about sending information to HR. They really need to pull it together and get a proper customer service rep using a phone number to dial rather than the automated emails.

The appointment went well and the specialist was very pleasant, for future draws I will go with Getlabs

Willing to work with me to get lab order request redirected to their location when initial request was made to a LabCorp facility before I realized I was not going to be able to drive after my surgery. Willing to reschedule my appointment when it took several days before the lab order was delivered to them. Just very flexible in all initial scheduling of appointment. Once appointment made gave me updates in likely arrival time of the lab tech. The phlebotomist, Aubrey, was professional and kind and answered all my questions about next steps and when/where I might access my lab results. Bottom line - they were pitch perfect for getting labs done at home if you can't drive to a facility. Also took my insurance and accepted payment with my flexible reimbursement account. Everything excellent!!

The tech that came to my home and drew my blood was amazing!

Claudia is such a sweetheart and made the whole process very easy. She was very thorough and organized. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my blood drawn.

If you are fasting this is the way to go. Super early and most struggle to find my veins where they haven't missed yet!

Breane was so great - she arrived right on time, had everything needed, had read about my mom (patient and a tough blood draw) - was really kind and spoke to my mom in a way that helped de-escalate her (mom is very anxious). She was able to draw many tubes of blood so skillfully - We just loved her and would trusted her anytime to draw blood from mom. Scheduling was easy and uploading labs and reminders all worked great. We will use this again if and when we need labs.

I really liked Technicians. They were very pleasant and made drawing blood samples more bearable.

On time, convenient and priced fair - I will only use Getlabs. Especially if fasting is required.

This was our 2nd time using GetLabs for an in-home lab draw. The technician was excellent and communication from GL was ideal for the 2 hour window.

I wish it was more affordable.
