Scam and theft

This company is taking money from people without even asking for their consent. This is unacceptable! I was charged €10 without my authorization. Where is my money?! This is a scam. Refund me immediately, thieves!

Je comprends la frustration, mais « arnaque » et « vol » sont des mots forts, alors laissez-moi clarifier.

Sur Kops, aucun débit n'est possible sans création de compte, saisie d'une carte et acceptation de nos conditions au moment de l'inscription. Les 10€ correspondent à un abonnement actif sur le compte. Nos conditions précisent que les abonnements ne sont pas remboursables, mais vous pouvez résilier quand vous le souhaitez depuis votre compte, et vous gardez l'accès jusqu'à la fin de la période en cours.

Si quelque chose vous semble anormal, contactez-nous à contact@kops.gg ou sur Discord avec l'email de votre compte, on regardera ça avec vous. On ne peut simplement pas le faire via un avis public.

J'ai eu des soucis au début avec kops…

J'ai eu des soucis au début avec kops le premier jour de mon utilisation du au faite qu'il était entrain de changer de nom de domaine et que je n'étais pas au courant j'étais embêter et j'ai fait par de mon mécontantement ils sont rester professionel et on pu m'informer correctment .Je n'ai jamais utiiliser se genre d'outil est je suis très satisfait .Ils rajoutent constament des fonctionalités je recommande vivement ;) .

Content que l'équipe ait pu te débloquer rapidement et que depuis ce soit au rendez-vous. Les nouvelles fonctionnalités c'est pas prêt de s'arrêter 😄

Un service client (et un bot) au top !

Enfin un service qui tient ses promesses ! Le bot Kops est super intuitif, mais c’est l'humain derrière qui change tout. J'avais une question technique un peu précise et Niko du support m'a carrément rappelée un dimanche après-midi pour m'aider. On est loin des supports qui répondent par des phrases bateau ou des bots inaccessibles. Ici,
c’est réactif, pro et vraiment efficace. Je ne regrette absolument pas mon abonnement !

Kops.gg is the best Vinted bot

I’ve been using Kops.gg for a while now, and honestly, it’s been an amazing experience. The bot is incredibly fast and reliable when it comes to automatically purchasing items on Vinted before anyone else can. That speed alone already gives it a huge advantage.

What really stands out to me is their support, I’ve had a problem with my address and it was resolved the next day by an update they did, how cool! They respond quickly and are helpful. Compared to tools like Souk and V-Tools, kops.gg feels more polished and consistent. It just works better.

They also offer loads of tutorials to make your Vinted life better such as how to create an account and not get banned, which is very helpful.

I genuinely believe this will become the go-to bot for Vinted in the future, taking over the space that V-Tools used to dominate. I’m really impressed with how things are developing.

Hopefully one day I’ll be able to upgrade to the Pro subscription, because I get a lot of profit with the plus version and I would like even more :)

The address bug fix story is actually a great example of how we work: someone reports something, we ship the fix. No back and forth, no "we'll look into it". Just done. Really glad that landed well for you.

As for Pro, slots are limited and they go fast, so keep an eye out whenever a spot opens up. Sounds like you're already making it work on Plus so it should be worth it when the timing is right.

An excellent experience!

Developped my own little "vinted extension / bot" that could auto checkout etc.. back in the day but quickly became complicated and hard to maintain with changes to the vinted platform with my own limited knowledge...

More professional programs & bots arrised, tried alot of them but they were either not working, unstable or a total scam...

Leading bots in the industry worked good, but are unstable, failed 3DS alot of the times which resulted in losing items which is very frustrating, pricing changed quickly and slots for the highest tier got made limited & very expensive. Making it only interesting for the highest tier.

Kops came to the stage with their well polished tool which offers more options than ever seen before, is actually super stable and caused total chaos in the community.

Feature updates & bug fixes are quick, spot on and well organised.

The Kops team is very reachable, friendly & listens carefully to advice & bug reports.

I would recommend any day of the week!

This review actually made me stop scrolling and smile, thank you for writing it out so honestly.

The fact that you went from building your own extension, to getting burned by unstable tools, to landing on Kops... that's exactly the journey we built this for. We know how much it stings to lose an item because of a failed 3DS. That stuff stays with you.

"Caused total chaos in the community" we're framing that one internally, just so you know 😄

Seriously though, reviews like this are what we read on the rough days. Keep the bug reports and suggestions coming, you're the reason the updates ship fast.
