I ordered a charging pad v4 but have been waiting since april 2023 for the order to be fulfilled. Up and until now no response and the company is making promises that they are not keeping.

Poor manufacturing and terrible customer service
After deciding I NEED to get the "American Broomsticks" when I saw them on the internet I did not waste any time to order two of them, despite accepting there will be quite a bit of wait for them to ship out to me.
You can imagine my excitement when my wife called me yesterday to say that a package was shipped from the USA to our house all the way in New Zealand and the rush was immediately there for me to get home early from work to check out my new space toys!
Unfortunately when I opened up the larger box containing the two "broomsticks", they were both crushed/ kind of mangled, as well as the broom sticks themselves were rattling around and not securely packed.
Upon further inspection, both broomsticks had scratch marks along the handle, there was some kind of burn imperfection along one section, and the broom end itself was a bit of a mess. This was a bit disappointing as getting two brooms to NZ cost $70USD.
On 17th November, I emailed Jeda Products about this with images of the issues. Unfortunately as of 30th November, I have not heard anything back which I find to be appalling.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend anything from Get Jeda ever again.
Worst company ever.
Bought a wireless charger in July. It's mid November. Still waiting. No support whatsoever: response to emails arrive after many enquiries with a useless tracking link reporting infos I already have.
Untrustfully – considering that the same product can be bought for much less elsewhere.

Lied about processing refund
Over a month and haven't received wireless tesla charging pad. I received an email saying they have processed refund but it never arrived. Having to go through bank for chargeback. AVOID
Ordered my hub on February 23
Ordered my hub on February 23, 2022, and didn't receive until May 29, 2022. The watch charger and usb ports did not work. I asked about a refund and got ignored. I paid $120 for a shelf in my car.
No response or refund provided
No response after first email from unknown customer service rep. Charged for product May15th for late May delivery. 6/27/22 not a word from them and could not get refund because it also uses same ticket system that no one responds to. However they have a team dedicated to Twitter always posting new Elon musk tweets. If there are delays say so but not responding after the 48 hour lead time doesn't creat confidence customer will receive anything. It's been over a month I want a refund!
Avoid!
I ordered a Model 3/Model Y wireless charger. 6 weeks have gone by, and they've now ignored 4 emails from me asking for an update. I would avoid this company like the plague, as they happily take your money, ship nothing, and ignore your requests for an update. Avoid, unless you like givng strangers your money.

Ordered the hub, the tray and the SSD. Emailed numerous times looking for an update and a tracking number and no response. I'm going to contact the credit card company about a refund.

Almost 6 months and still waiting.
I'm still waiting on the Wireless Charger I ordered back on December 3, 2020! Seriously, yeah, covid has slowed things down, but I've received several emails telling me it will ship soon. Now the new Version 4 has started shipping and I have not got an email that mine has shipped yet!

Worst experience of all time. Ordered in June, still waiting for it. They don't even answer my e-mails, but they keep promoting online with influencers, sending you promotional emails, and community management... EXTRAORDINARY INSANE !!! It looks like a very well organized scam, or a very disorganized company. I don't know. In both case I probably lost 200$
No product after 4 MONTH
The only reason I ordered from Jeda website is because they mentioned fast delivery. It's been 4 months and nothing. When I contact them I get dodgy replies after days. I paid so much money for these products but now I'm 100% sure it's a scam.
Their facebook links point to a non-existing page. They don't have a phone number or chat option. All their reviews are bad saying that they have the worst customer service and they never reply to emails. If that is not fishy I don't know what is??
I requested a refund many times but they keep ignoring.

I got an email after a few month, specifying delivery dates, but nothing happened. Sent an email and got an answer back talking about problems doing to covid and keeping people safe which I certainly sympathize with. But 3 weeks later I haven't seen any updates, tracking codes etc.
I will have to talk to my bank soon to hear what my options are if they never deliver.
I have the feeling I have wasted $200.
