We are not the type of trainers that condition bodies for combat. And we don’t push people's limits and try to break them. No. The only thing we break is the mundane programs that other trainers provide. We develop tailored programs that give our clients confidence so they can achieve more. Fitness programs that are within our clients means; that are achievable, sustainable and fun. And we provide encouragement and support when they need it the most because this is how they grow to become a better person.
With gyms closed during lockdown, I needed to get back to doing some form of exercise and knew that if I just left it to myself, it might never happen. PT Johnson was educational and motivational and although I have trained in gyms for 40 years, he was able to show me so many other training methods and pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself. I found him to be very knowledgable on a great range of health related subjects.

Ashley is great to work with. She pushed me and kept me motivated throughout the session. I liked that she considers what I am comfortable doing and kept checking if I found it challenging enough.

My journey started as a recovering cancer patient who needed to increase activity and movement in my body after chemo treatment. Beau has been great and sensitive to my needs and obstacles not pushing me too far but enough to make small improvements. Chemo is harsh on your hands and feet. I strongly recommend anyone who is recovering to get in touch and get GET GOING!

I train with Vanessa who is extremely passionate and professional. Vanessa will alway be early for every session with heaps of energy!
Vanessa tailors my sessions for me specifically depending on how my week has gone.
Vanessa has a background in nutrition which has been really useful as she guides me through my journey of getting fit again.

Our trainer Cass really knows her stuff. The trainers come to you and bring all the required equipment. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

I've been training with Caitlyn for 5 months now and have really enjoyed the experience and the results!
As someone who didn't really know where to start when it came to losing weight and building fitness, Caitlyn has given me great support and advice that has allowed me to start developing lifelong healthy habits.
The sessions are varied and enjoyable and, along with the nutrition tracking, help to keep me accountable. Seeing consistent results is the biggest motivator of all and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caitlyn to anyone looking for a supportive trainer!

Cleo has been so supportive, understanding and encouraging, I used to HATE working out and now I look forward to my sessions with her. Our trainer Cleo is fantastic !
She is so bright, bubbly and happy. I especially love that she gives our mixed training group options for exercises , for higher and lower impact, harder and easier options , so everyone can pick the option that that is right for their body . Wednesdays Pt are highlight of my week .

Cleo is a wonderful personal trainer. Her warm, but firm approach means that I have been getting fitter and stronger in every class. As it has been a year of Covid, Cleo has managed to engage and motivate me to stay fit - all through a screen. Cleo at Get Going has transformed how I think about food and exercise. My partner and I started with Cleo a few months ago and have since lost weight and felt fitter than we have in years. I didn’t think I would be able to do this kind of exercise again but Cleo’s full understanding of how the brain thinks about exercise and how she applies this to tailoring training sessions that are just right for us is amazing. Cleo has a holistic approach to health and fitness that sets her apart - she goes above and beyond to make sure we’re on track with our mindset and nutrition in between sessions too. Highly highly recommend.
