As a single lady homeowner, I can’t recommend Get Furnished highly enough! From the moment I called into their Galway shop, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was given a sample book of materials to take home, which made the decision so much easier — no pressure, just helpful, friendly service.

Once I placed my order, the process was seamless. Just one week later, my beautiful, high-quality divan base arrived — and that’s where the real magic happened. Paul and Scott delivered and assembled my king-size bed, and they were beyond helpful. Paul even called 15 minutes ahead of arrival, which I really appreciated. He was so polite and considerate, asking if I’d like assistance and carrying out the setup with such professionalism.

It truly was an experience like no other — stress-free, efficient, and full of those little thoughtful touches that make a big difference. I’ll definitely be using Get Furnished again and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you for making furniture shopping such a pleasure.

The whole experience from beginning to end was excellent. Staff in the shop were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; timelines and delivery dates were as originally agreed. The delivery team notified us in advance; arrived on time; took the old furniture; assembled the new pieces all in a polite, friendly and professional manner. We felt that we got value for money and a quality product. Special word of thanks to Brian who brought it all together for us.

From when we visited the shop to pick what we wanted to the delivery was seamless. The two lad that delivered to me yesterday (Dave & Paul,apologies if I've the wrong names) were friendly,efficient and had everything in place in no time at all. Thank you all.

Everything was going fine until I got the wardrobe assembled.
I bought the most expensive wardrobe in store and paid the assembler recommended by them.
One of the doors came warped, very disappointing specially being a big mirror sliding door. I contacted the shop straight out but the way Bryan dealt with it was unpleasant, was looking the picture just on his side and not doing even the minimum to arrange a time suitable for me, the customer, inflexible as if it was my fault. No apologies, nothing. He just said that the guys could make it maximum till 4pm because "they have their families waiting for them", yes, in that way was said.
So we left work early again to be there at 4pm but actually the guys just showed up at 6:30pm saying that they didn't know who said that to us because that will be impossible. Shame, never again.

I cannot recommend them enough. My experience was positive especially with the delivery guys, Paul and David. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure everything is installed properly and they even helped me with other things like drilling in my hanger!!! Top service. Also the lady in the other shop Cash Factory was super helpful and directed us in choosing the best best for us which was very reasonably priced, best I've seen in Galway.

Ordering and delivery was so quick and easy! Shoutout to my delivery drivers Paul and David who were absolutely fantastic, couldn't have been more helpful and kind ☺️ I'm only sorry that when they called to arrange delivery, I was at work and I hope I didn't sound to short with them on the phone...sorry lads! They delivered within the time slot arranged and took away my old mattress with no issues. 10/10! Thanks again... Tamara

Paul & David were the two nicest lads and great craic. They were extremely helpful and provided an absolutely first class service. Would highly recommend them.

I ordered a custom made bed last week and it was delivered yesterday so quickly by Paul and David two lovely men who could not do enough for me they only took 10 mins to take my bed out and put the new one in couldn’t of asked for a better service so quick and easy. I love my bed but I will say if you are getting customised make sure you get the colour you love as there is no changing once the order is placed and on system ☺️

Paul and the lads were so nice they were so obliging and couldn't do enough for us we had such a great experience with their great manner and great characters. Would highly recommend them for a 5 star 🌟 rating.

Very helpful staff. No hurrying to buy with them. Delivery drivers Paul and David were brilliant. So accommodating and checked my 3piece suite before they left. Very happy with the service.

Paul and David were so professional and helpful, taking away the old sofa was no issue and they had new sofa set up in no time at all

From our first visit, and dealing with Brian who helped us with choosing the correct bed and mattress and a corner suite of furniture. He walked through everything in the shop to help us decide which suited our needs best.

Paul and David the delivery men went above and beyond. Unfortunately it wasn't easy to remove the old furniture due to a sliding door. But they both took their time to resolve this. The were extremely helpful . They had to deliver between two different houses. Such friendly lads and so nice to have delivery men who take time to have a chat . Would definitely recommend dealing with Get furnished. Will definitely use them in the future.
