This has to be the worst bank ever that uber drivers are recommended to use to get earnings quickly. They are set up with FinTech partners, insuring you that your money is safe. NOT TRUE! As someone who recently lost her job, I have no room for money to come up missing and having to wait MONTHS to get it back. Its not fair to the consumer and something should be done about this. Times are hard enough, so why must this bank make it harder.

They just denied my dispute for 10 separate charges that went through at exactly 11:59 pm for 3100. Just let someone steal my money and they aren’t gonna pay me back. Pure evil

They don't care about their customers. I lost $48,000 because of their greed and inability to act upon the morals and values they obviously use purely as a marketing strategy. Take your money and run.

One day before my vacation my card was hacked or cloned at 1 am while I was sleeping and i called to dispute it, they denied the claim saying my card was present in Florida the transaction, but I have a proof that I was in Texas and proof that I was sleeping, but they seem to understand since they overseas customer service. It’s hard to get in touch with customer service or get a resolution Horrible company

This bank needs to be closed permanently with the greedy CEO behind bars. They are involved in the Synapse bankruptcy, have stolen ends users funds and frozen their accounts since May 2024; they do not return calls nor reply back to emails. They made unauthorized transfers from ends users' accounts and claimed they had the right to do so because of banking agreement, meaning we have the right to steal from you, because you bank with us. Stay away from this fraudulent bank, if you bank with them, take your money out and close your account before they steal your money.

I have $3100 in Evolve bank. The bank has stolen this money. And will not respond to my emails. Total bad customer service. Stay away from this bank

Money was transferred and stolen from my UberEats account on Friday April 25, 2025. It was transferred to an account with an Evolve Bank and Trust routing and account number and they say there is nothing they can do because that account is managed by a third party and Evolve does not have access to those details! Of course Branch blames Evolve and here it is May 2nd and I still did not have MY MONEY!
Evolve Bank is run by a bunch of crooks and liars! The worst is UberEats because they transferred MY MONEY into that account WITHOUT my knowledge or authorization!!!
The Arkansas Department of Banking has been notified and is launching a full civil and criminal investigation into Evolve Bank and Trust! I will post the results on here soon (as I know Evolve will not been open and transparent about this and try to hide it.)

Engaged in shady activity with partners, now is trying to place innocent

So many scandals with this bank. Bank that does take responsibility for its gross incompetence.

Am frozen out of my funds for almost a year now. I hope Evolve goes bankrupt. It does not deserve to exist as a bank!

Since May 2024, Evolve Bank and Trust, Yotta and Synapse have been withholding the funds of end users. Evolve specifically stated that they did a reconciliation to prove they didn't have end users funds, opting to instead say that funds were transferred to a different Synapse partner bank without their knowledge of who recieved them. And most those who did recieve their funds, only got a few cents out of thousands of dollars. Personally, I am missing 4062.60, which was everything I had.

Research this Bank's fintech shenanigans and federal investigations. Do NOT do business with this bank in any way, shape or form. They have a well-documented lack of customer protections and have mismanaged (and lost) millions of dollars in user funds. I have personally been missing over $39,000 dollars out of a savings account I held with them.

These scammers still owe me and my wife $5,000 each a total of $10,000!!! Evolve & Yotta are goddamn scamming thieves!!!

This bank shouldn’t be open. Look up the Yotta/Synapse scandal. Thousands of people have been locked out their accounts since May 2024. They transferred out $1,777 of my money to an unknown account and are refusing to return it. FDIC insurance won’t kick in because the bank hasn’t technically “failed”.

With under 2k missing, I am one of the lucky ones. Others have lost over 100k, lost their homes and life savings, been evicted etc. The second-order effects of this type of financial hardship are immeasurable. If I went into Evolve bank and stole millions of dollars, I would be in prison. In Evolve’s world, the bank robs you!

I don’t understand how they aren’t under litigation for criminal fraud. CEO Scott Lenoir should be doing life for this. I’d like him better if he robbed me with a gun.

Worst bank ever to be used, they made life difficult for me.

On the advice of Credit karma, I had outstanding odds of getting approved for a Sparrow Mastercard. After I applied, Sparrow aka Evolve Bank asked me to send them a copy of my license, my social security card and my rental agreement.

I sent them exactly what they requested and was turned down becaus the documents were "insufficient to verify my identity".

The documents are my current active driver's license, my social security card and my rental.agreement as sent by my landlord.

I am reporting this to Credit Karma.

If anyone is thinking about opening a Sparrow Credit Card, DO NOT OPEN A CREDIT CARD WITH SPARROW,I will tell you out of all my credit card I have never had an issue with disputing a Fraud Charge, Do Not Fall For the 0 Fraud Liability because that is a lie, I had Fraud on my Account and I called them as soon as I saw it on my account and they processed my dispute they issued me a new card with a charge of $9.95 then they freeze the amount that was Fraud they don't take it off then they will wait about a 2 months then email you and say your dispute was not approved because we did not receive the information we asked for but at no point they ask for anything then they want you to file a police report and go get a full report and send it to them and start investigating who committed the Fraud on your account and expect you to figure it out and if they can't find who did it they close and deny your dispute, that is unheard off by anyone I know, the police officer that did my police report could not understand why would a credit card company even ask for something like this especially for such a low amount, with a few of my other cards I had Fraud they would put the money back on my account and issue me a new card for free and send me the card next day and that would be the end, not with SPARROW, so please do not fall for the lies READ THE DISCLOSURE CAREFULLY, That is were they HIDE THE LIES.. FYI I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITH SPARROW...

Branch Digital Wallet is the worst card I’ve ever HAD to use. I’m 57 years old and have been banking ever since I was 16. My employer made us get this account in order for us to have our paychecks deposited. To be able to get our funds we had to order this absurd Branch card. We could transfer the funds to our own financial institutions, which would take 3-5 business days transfer the funds or instantly to another debit card, but with crazy transfer fees. Needless to say I have resigned from the company I work for because of this bank and I will be closing this account once my final paycheck hits. My company pays on Wednesdays and I can’t understand why our deposits post in the evenings, usually between 4-5 pm est. That’s absurd, especially when it’s an official payday. The main reason for this post and review is due to a transaction I made on Thursday, January 2, 2025, that is still pending. I visited the Galleria Palms in Florida and the hotel charged me for my room, it was a one night stay, with one transaction and then made a separate transaction for a $100 authorization hold. The funds were held in case of incidentals and room damages. I’ve never had this happen where the transaction is STILL pending as of January 12, 2025, the date of this review. All other pending charges used on my Capital One debit and my USAA debit cleared within 3-4 days. I did a chat with a representative and he said it could take up to 15 days for a transaction to clear. My question is WHYYYYY? Like I said, I will NEVER use this bank again until the day I die! If I get a job offer that makes employees use this bank, I will decline the offer. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a so called bank. This can’t be a real bank. I’m an Army veteran and have traveled the world, I’ve never seen nor experienced anything like this. The Branch rep says they're supported by Evolve Bank!

This app only works some of the time, and getting help for any problems is a big pain. I tried changing my email address with them one time. It was a very lengthy process and it happened at an inconvenient time for me. I am willing to give them four stars because at least the app works as advertised for very basic functions without a hassle.

This is a big scam, pls dont let anyone decieve your cos you will never get paid, had to use the name on my display P to get back my mo ney.
