I used to love shopping at the Good Club as it allowed me to completely change our shopping habits and largely avoid supermarkets. But now there is no stock. Many of the products we'd come to love have been discontinued and others are out of stock. Not sure it's worth continuing our subscription.
Have been wanting to order from Dizzie for 6 weeks now, but have held off on my order as 75% of it is out of stock (and has been for weeks). Emailed them a few weeks ago and was assured that they were working on restocking, but I check each week and no improvement. It's a great concept, but if the stock isn't there it defeats the purpose.
Used to love this site and we stopped shopping at the supermarket for all essentials. But over the last 6 months the stock has dwindled with nothing we use to order being available. Used t have the subscription service but now do a bulk one off order when we're totally out because otherwise it is not worth it.
Just looking at the site today there are no grains/pulses/seeds/flour available. Not sure if it's in relation to change from good club to dizzie but that's when the issues started

Collection needs tightening up. Following my complaint about collection, a customer service representative promptly dealt with the matter and apologised.

Great customer service, friendliest delivery people ever, and amazing selection of foods (all things my local zero waste shops don't have!).
My delivery was delayed by one day last week and after 5 days, the empty box still hasn't been collected.
I have been shopping with Dizzie (previously Good Club) for 2 years and I desperately tried to make it work because I do believe in the concept but they are completely inadequate at the execution.
Firstly, whenever I have ordered numerous items I have wanted have been out of stock and there are no alternatives which suit. This means that I end up ordering every few months rather than every month and paying £40 for the privilege.
Secondly, they are excellent at delivering the items but 50% of the time the collections are delayed. They insist on using Evri (previously Hermes) despite being absolutely useless. My record thus far is having to keep a box for 2 weeks.
Thirdly, whenever you contact customer services regarding your box not being picked up there is no apology. Despite clearly stating Evri have not turned up I am always told 'must be a problem with the label.' It isn't they ist didn't turn up. The solution is they then send DPD to get it. Why they cannot just get DPD to do it in the first place is beyond me.

Overall my experience has gone down since the change was made to Dizzie (even the branding looks and feels like a step back and a cheap deal) to the point I will look at buying my products elsewhere.
There was a lot out of stock and it arrived 4 days late
I have purchased a few times from Dizzie, in particular the refillable pantry staples such as pasta, herbs, spices, pulses and nuts. The quality is better and fresher than store bought and each time I purchase I am limiting my impact on the environment.
I hate the returns service! Hermes take 'unreliable' to the next level, then I get emails and texts as if they have tried to collect my box and if its my fault they haven't!! They just haven't turned up, and the box has sat outside my front door 24/7 for 3 days!

Good reliable service. Nice and polite staff. Got delayed a bit but that doesn’t bother me as I was informed. Really good service
Good quality products, fair price and I feel like I'm reducing packaging and saving the planet. They always deliver when they say they will. I've been using them for a couple of years and they are very reliable.
Have been a Dizzie user for 3 years and it is such an incredibly convenient way to reduce household waste. The product quality is excellent and gives all the variety I need, plus, the convenience of simply putting all the packaging in a bag and sending it back is unbeatable.
