Booked an international move Dublin→Italy. Quoted 20 Mar: €1,495+VAT for 2-3 pallets, 4.4-6.6 CBM. Their own crew verbally estimated "no more than 5 pallets" on collection day (15 May). After a MONTH in their warehouse, they claimed on 22 Jun it was actually "10 pallets," then "15 CBM" — a revised bill of €5,500+VAT, more than triple what we'd agreed. When the real invoice landed, it was calculated off 5.5 CBM — a figure that falls WITHIN our original quote. So by their own paperwork, there was no overage at all, yet we were charged an extra €4,612.93. Across their own emails we counted five different volume figures for the exact same shipment. When we disputed it, they told us outright that payment "under protest" wasn't acceptable — pay the full disputed amount or don't get your belongings back. We'd already permanently left Ireland, so their "leave it behind" alternative was meaningless. On delivery, our TV arrived with a cracked screen — reported immediately with photos, never got confirmation a claim was opened. We sent a full written breakdown of all of this over a week ago. Response: "we'll process and address it." Nothing since. A company that can't even keep its own numbers straight, and then punishes you for questioning them.

Absolutely brutal experience from start to finish. Move from Ireland to denmark. Only 12 medium boxes.

Communication was lacking every step of the way. Delays from the day of collection to the eventual day of delivery - which was over 20 days after original eta.
3 times I was told to be available for the delivery and all three times no delivery came after spending the day at the location.
Eventually delivery occurred and palette was falling apart with rusty nails sticking out and pieces of wood falling off. The boxes were bashed and some had holes all the way through to the contents.

Having major difficulty reaching the office or getting any response - which has been true of the entire experience.

Would not recommend. Made the moving experience so much more stressful than it ever needed to be.

Very professional and an exceptionally kind group of people at Get Cracking made my move to Dublin from Paris a smooth one. Glad I picked this service

Awesome service, end to end. Not a single item damaged in my apartment move. The crew was friendly, and followed all the instructions, as well as went beyond when packaging some other stuff. Price was also a really deciding point to go with Get Cracking. Would definitely recommend and consider for other moves.

Excellent and very efficient service delivered in a friendly, helpful way. Seamless process with very good communication and very good value getting our things moved from Dublin to France. The team could not have been more helpful and took great care to avoid damage to anything. Would 100% recommend.

I used Get Cracking to move from Dublin to Italy and they did a great job from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional and hard working.

On moving day they arrived on time and carefully disassembled our furniture with great care and professionalism. When our belongings arrived in Italy, the driver kept us informed about the delivery schedule, and he was kind, communicative, and professional throughout.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a move. They even transported our many plants of all different sizes, and every single one arrived in great condition!

I moved from the Netherlands to Ireland and everything went great, communication was very fast and all my questions were always patiently answered. The packing service was great and the whole process was very smooth, I would definitely use them again!

Excellent service, very professional. Highly recommend.

I used Get Cracking when I moved from Ireland to France. The process was quick, accommodating and efficient. I kinda contacted them "last minute" as I ended up leaving just in a few weeks time with my plane ticket to France already bought. They managed to handle the removal in that quick timeframe which was really appreciated. The communication was easy beforehand but as well during the move, to make sure I was updated at all times, and to ensure a smooth delivery. The delivery was done quicker than expected as well. I couldn't recommend them enough, I was really happy with their service!

The guys were efficient. Cracked on. Took the packaging away. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with Get Cracking for my Ireland-UK move - consistent communication, straight forward booking and no issues.

We recently used Get Cracking's services for our relocation from Ireland to Barcelona, Spain, and we could not be happier with the experience.

From the very beginning, the level of professionalism was outstanding. Communication was clear, timely, and helpful throughout the entire process. The collection was carried out exactly as scheduled, and the team responsible for both collection and delivery were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making our move as smooth as possible.

We were particularly impressed with the support provided by the company when planning the delivery in Barcelona. Due to the narrow streets and access challenges in the area, their team took the time to advise us on the best delivery options and helped coordinate everything efficiently. Their experience and guidance gave us great peace of mind.

The entire move was executed exactly as promised—and, in fact, exceeded our expectations. While we packed everything carefully ourselves, we were delighted to receive all our belongings in perfect condition. Even our 75-inch television arrived completely intact, along with every other item.

Moving internationally can be stressful, but Get Cracking made the process straightforward, reliable, and worry-free. We would absolutely recommend their services to anyone planning a move, whether local or international.

Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, support, and excellent service throughout our relocation.

We moved back from America in November and shipped a 40ft container with our furniture and belongings in it.
From the moment we contacted Get Cracking they helped us every step of the way. They updated us constantly letting us know where the container was and how it was progressing through customs in Germany and England. It arrived on Sunday December 21st and we thought we wouldn’t get it delivered to our new house until the New Year because of the Christmas holidays but Get Cracking went above and beyond for us and sent their trucks to deliver everything the next day on Monday the 22nd. I should note that the house we bought is in Roscommon and they drove almost 3 hours EACH WAY so that we could have our belongings in time for Christmas. The team unpacked our boxes, assembled beds, sofas and placed items in the rooms where they would end up. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us and would highly recommend them if you ever need a moving company. From the office staff to the delivery team they were professional & friendly. The complete package!
We wish Get Cracking continued success.

Get cracking did our removal from Germany to Ireland we were very pleased with the results as we bought a huge kitchen back and very fragile items. The staff were lovely and the removal teams on both sides were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend get cracking. They subsequently did another small removal from Spain to Ireland which also went very well
