It's pretty simple. Just perform as your contract with the people that you've made contracts with states... If this company wanted to continue to make money they would just do right by their consumers instead they've chosen to take the money and run basically....

Shame on Awair!!!
I was interesting in this after they signed a contract with PlanetWatch. When I went to purchase they increased the price. When I received the device they voided their contract with PlanetWatch. I can only hope they honor returns. Shame on this company.

Don’t trust this company
Don’t trust this company. Especially after their actions on rug pulling on PlanetWatch data streams. Bad enough that they cashed in big after doubling their sensor cost from £150 to £300 and then weeks dropping data steams to PlanetWatch. Corporate greed and I’m sure legal actions will shortly proceed!

I'm another victim of the dispute between Awair and PlanetWatch.
Why on earth did Awair think I would pay $300 for their device that's hardly worth $15, if it wasn't for PlanetWatch!!!

It’s unbelievable how awair could not…
It’s unbelievable how awair could not agree with PlanetWatch to stream the Awair data to their server even after selling thousands of Awair elements at the double of the retail price due to PlanetWatch project users.
For sure you could have done better.

So, you back a project that skyrockets your product sales, which btw you doubled the price immediately to suck as much profit as possible, and dump the project and all your costumers like that... I truly hope you go down, such attitude should not be forgotten... ridiculous

Didn't follow through with agreement…
Didn't follow through with agreement with planetwatch and cancelled the agreement after all the issues were on their side. Planetwatch is the only reason I bought the sensors, AFTER getawair doubled the price noticing the popularity. Scummy company
