I got this sensor for double and half the original price due to planetwatch involvement. I got it for the sake of greater good and a planet wide monitoring system that fight to get a cleaner tomorrow yet this company screw over 70000 people me being only one. Yup damn right there,s nothing good to say about.

Fradulent company AVOID
Purchased their product which only has value as good as their service. They have terminated their service contract unilaterally, and shafted all customers that bought their item. My awair device is faulty and doesn't work, and basically they have taken the money and defaulted on their agreement. I consider this to be fraudulent, and the company and their owners should be named and shamed. Disgusted!!

I declare bankruptcy
I refinanced my house so I can cash out some money to buy 250 awairs for passive income. Safe to say I'm filing chapter 10 now. Thank you, awair.

The Awair Element is great...Awair management not so much...
The Awair Element in itself is a great device albeit overpriced for what it is. The company saw an opportunity to mass sell a product that would not have sold in such numbers if not for Planetwatch and then pulled the plug on support...pretty poor all round. Personally, I would not bother with them - the products themselves might be good - but the support / management ethos appear beyond poor. Personally I'd love to see Awair's position on this since currently we are only hearing the Planetwatch perspective.

Bad Practices, Price Inflation, Backing out of agreements
This company had the cheek to raise price of their sensors. Then double back the agreement they had with planetwatch and stop streaming the data to them. It sounds like to me they are breeching their end of the contract. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund. All while taking massive profits,
