Worst experience ever!

I feel scammed. It's been 10 MONTHS and 24 emails since my first message after I returned my devices. I ended up with no refund and no devices.
I think I have been patient enough but AWAIR must commit to the guarantee policy (4-6 weeks) otherwise it can be clearly called FRAUD. Still no feedback, no refund, they are good scamming people.

I refund 2 pieces of Awair Elements on 22.04.2022 and until now I don’t receive my money back. Scammers!!!

i returned my 2 devices in time and everything and was in contact with awair a few times until i got the shipping label which they gave me in Feb - March. After weeks of waiting i got a email with in 4 to 6 weeks you will get your money this was in april since then they are not answering really and they always say the same. I AM WAITING FOR MY 660 EURO SINCE 6-7 MONTH. Thinking to hire a lawyer now. Scam awair

Management should be prosecuted for criminal level of arrogance. Single handedly destroyed two companies by their sheer incompetence and stubbornness to accept the wrongdoing.

Wie anscheinend viele andere warte ich nun bereits seit Monaten auf mein Geld! Gerät wurde original verschweißt retouniert, nach jeder email werde ich vertröstet doch Geld habe ich seit MONATEN keines bekommen...

I refused a package for a awair element device because there for locense available for the type that i ordered , and it's already more then 4 months ago and they still didn't returned my money.even though i send them.more 6 emails in the meantime.

Rug pulled a thriving community and crashed it to the ground leaving thousands of people of of pocket. Complete scammer company do not trust. Support is terrible. They do not accept returns. They keep your money. Banks can no get your money back via chargebacks. They hiked the prices of the units.

Abzocke! Keine Rückerstattung. Mein Gerät war noch OVP und eingeschweißt. Trotzdem erhalte ich seit monaten keine Rückerstattung.
Wäre eine Sammelklage hier möglich? Ich wäre dabei!

Do not trust this company absolutely scammed everyone in the planetwatch community.
Sold thousands of their element unit fir silly money then found an excuse to pull out of the project leaving everyone with units no good for purpose.

attention, attention!!! They are scammers, they do not refund the money for items that you have returned. let's see if i have luck with a lawyer

I returned the devices straight away by refusing delivery, yet they haven't sent me refund yet 3 months later. One one email they told me I had to wait 4-6 weeks my refund. If they reply to customer ticket, they reply with random useless information but no refunds.
If the scamers read this you owe me a refund for order #AW14514.
I managed to get one other order refunded by disputing it with the bank because I have never taken delivery of these sensors.

SCAM, stay away

They made a LOT of money selling element sensors (much cheaper earlier) to planet watch customers and now they block the project. They were leaving all PW customers with a useless device.
They do not compensate in any way.
Horrible company.

Absolutely horrible experience. They are scammers all the way, refusing to refund an unopened device. I've alerted the European Consumer authority, and I strongly advise everyone in the EU community to do the same.

Waste of my money. I bought 1 for 900$ on ebay and another one for $300 on ebay. This company is a fraud. Now planet watch doesn’t even support this device and is paying us 0.05 cents USD per day for being pitty.

Like others said, stay away from this company at all costs. Purchased this at an inflated price when they increased it because of the Planetwatch integration. Waited a few months for delivery and then problems with integration the whole time I had it. Now they won't refund because it's in their terms that they are not responsible for Planetwatch data even though it was advertised that way when purchasing from their website. Horrible ethics. Stay away from this company at all costs. They sell overpriced sensors and false promises.

Terrible company total ripoff bought 3 Awair units. Due to their partnership with Planetwatch which was cancelled by them.
I highly warn NOT to give them any business.

Awair defrauded thousands of people with their Element sensors. They doubled the price on it after partnering with a crypto project, reaped the rewards by selling tens of thousands of units, then broke their agreement with the project making the units incompatible. Avoid supporting this company.

Do not buy! This company made money and brand awareness through a grass roots environmental project. Those invested in this project supported Awair and their units for them to pull their partnership. They boosted the cost of their sensors at every turn,
Maximized their profits and dumped us all.

Without the project, the units mean nothing. Do not support!
