I ordered one for my granddaughter and…
I ordered one for my granddaughter and accidentally clicked the pop up that offered an additional kit at a reduced price. I reached out to Aqua Fairy immediately but didn't get a response for 2 days. They responded that the item has already been processed and asked "if I was sure I didn't want to keep the second kit." After a few back and forth emails about returning the item, I got an email with a address in China to return it to at my own expense. I have never experienced this as most companies are reputable and have a reasonable return policy.

A fun afternoon
My 7 year old a granddaughter and her 5 year old friend had a great time with this. After making molds, the fun devolved into making “spaghetti “and throwing it at each other. It was a fun afternoon.

So much fun!!!!!!
Got this as a fun activity to do with my 8 year old son. He loved it so much. Even my husband got in on the gun and we ended up playing with our new Squishies all night. They are still in a jar with water to show off to our visitors.

Wonderful experience with my grandson
My grandson and l had the best time reading the instructions and spending over 2 hours making our creatures.The rest of the day was so much fun for him playing with the creature we made together . I have already ordered a second set of the squeeze bottles ! 😊

Engaging non screen fun!
Really fun and engaging activity that lasted over the course of a couple days until the kit was out.
My 7 and 4 year-old were able to do it all by themselves once he watched me do it a few times.

I ordered on 6/26. It's July 15th and there is no shipping tracking and no response to my e-mail. My granddaughter's birthday is 7/21. ANy chance she'll get it on time?? Probably NOT.
EDIT: I got a reply and they were very helpful. I know my grand daughter will love this! Still hopeful it arrives in time.

Their only complaint was that they dry up and shrink after a while. I’m definitely ordering a refill though. we loved it

I was excited to experience this…
I was excited to experience this product over the Summer with my children. I ordered the beginning of June. Never received my package, I tracked it and my package ended up in NJ. Never provided that address. I have called customer service 3 times and emailed 4 times requesting a refund. I won't order from here again. Still waiting for a refund. Beware!!! Quick to take your money but if you have a problem you can't speak to anyone with a pulse and if you so happen to get someone with a pulse they are useless. Opened up a case with my financial institution. Don't waste your money, or your time.

Bad review turned Good!
I started out with a bad review of this company as I never received my package. I contacted customer service 3 times and they told me to try to track down the lost package with the delivery company. I was upset and put up a negative review.
Since that time the CEO reached out and sent me a new package and upgraded me to Max. This is how customer service should be! Thank you for renewing my trust in service, there are not very many companies out there these days that will do this!
