Bought a game for my switch, which ended up being a profile, which broke Nintendo's piracy rules and my switch was permanently banned! Don't trust these guys

I had so many complicates at the beginning but the support agents were so helpful in assisting me with the problems. I totally recommend this, it's cheap and fast. LOVE YALL

I purchased 'The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+' (Order #75289) for €21.99. The product page clearly showed a 'Key' icon and stated 'Game delivered to you digitally', leading me to believe I was buying a standard redeemable code.
​Instead, I received instructions to add a 'New User' and a 'Shared Account' to my console. This practice is a violation of Nintendo's Terms of Service and puts my console at risk of a permanent ban.
​When I contacted support, the agent (Brian) refused to refund me, claiming digital products cannot be cancelled, even though the product provided is NOT what was advertised. This is 'Bait and Switch' fraud. Stay away from GetAGame!"

I am very satisfied with the service provided. Everything works smoothly. Support is friendly and available 24/7. If complications arise, help is provided quickly and, where possible, solutions are found that are beneficial to all parties. I am always happy to buy again and remain a loyal customer!

J'ai acheté sur GetAGame un code pour FORZA horizon 5 PS5 le 2 décembre pour NOEL. Le 25 /12 je rentre le code, le téléchargement se fait et tout disparait.
Après 3 réclamations par mail, toujours rien.

Achat d'un jeu pour Switch ne fonctionnant pas (envoi d'un code, impossible à télécharger)
Nouvelle demande, nouveau code.. ne fonctionne toujours pas, on vous demande d'envoyer des vidéos pour vous expliquer comment faire...
Sauf qu'à la fin, rien ne fonctionne...
Mauvaise foi par dessus le marché...

Je me suis bien fait avoir. La prochaine fois, je passe par le site de Nintendo directement....

on achète un jeu, et en fait on n'achète pas un jeu mais un compte d'une personne que l'on ne connait pas . sauf que la procédure fourni pour activer le compte sur votre console ne fonctionne pas !!

GetAGame bietet günstig Spiele für die Nintendo Switch an. Tatsache ist, dass man hier jedoch keine Keys erwirbt (wie es z.B. bei Plattforment wie Steam der Fall ist) sondern den Zugang zu einem Account bekommt, der die Spiele besitzt.

Man muss diesen Account mit der Switch verknüpfen. Auch wenn das umständlich ist, funktioniert es. Aber!!!

Es ist extrem gefährlich. GetAGame verkauft Accounts, die mit betrügerischen Transaktionen in Verbindung stehen. Wird die Switch mit so einem Account verknüpft, wird sie direkt von Nintendo gesperrt.

Ein Kauf auf dieser Plattform birgt das extrem hohe Risiko, seine Nintendo Switch im Prinzip nutzlos zu machen.

The service of purchasing the game and getting the code to download and play did take much longer than advertised BUT once i got it the online service members were very polite and ready to help. As a first time buyer it was a little nerve wracking to have to go through the amount of steps I did just to get one game but once you understand it its not that hard its just overwhelming at first. Just be patient and you will get what you paid for and more.

Je koopt niet de game key voor de game zoals het aangegeven staat!
Je moet een account van iemand anders die je niet kent, koppelen aan je nintendo switch of nintendo switch 2 om vervolgens de virtuele gamecard op je switch/switch 2 in te voeren.
Niet aan te raden want na een tijdje moet je opnieuw inloggen met dat vreemde account waarvan je het wachtwoord niet weet, moet je contact opnemen met de website en moet je het account verwijderen en krijg je een nieuw vreemd account.

SCAMMER BEWARE!!! THEY ADVERTISE STEAM (KEY) ACCOUNT AS A TRICK TO THINK ITS A KEY YOU WILL GET BUT YOU WONT, IT WILL BE A STEAM ACCOUNT WITH THE GAME PRELOADED PURCHASED VIA STOLEN CREDIT CARDS.

Depuis plus de 2 mois j'attends un remboursement !
Honteux, escroquerie ce site

They advertised as digital copy but i got an account and even which im OK WITH IT.

You know what is even funnier? I waited for 2 days and i received NOTHING and the supports told me there were a complication and i could get a REFUND.

They issued an email which said my order is refunded 5 minutes later but i DIDNT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. It has been 14 days and i think i got scammed.

Checking with my bank i found out the company is a Chinese company
