Is Papaya Ltd (Blackcatcard) facing a liquidity crisis?
They have been illegally holding my funds hostage for days. Their system appears to be artificially generating transfer errors, while their support team ignores all communication and marks tickets as “resolved.” This looks like a serious misappropriation of client assets.
Hey @Olegs Cernisevs and @Sergej Jurlov — is this how a regulated EMI operates in Europe? Are you using retail clients’ funds to cover backend issues?
And we’re talking about only 500. Was this really necessary? I repeatedly made it clear that I was willing to provide any documents you required, yet you ignored me every single time. Why?
I have escalated this matter to the @Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and the @Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU).
