Just simply scroll by this company spent £170 on an air conditioner got a £10 fan absolutely ripped off Del Boy would give you a better deal

I ordered some units when they eventually arrived they are not fit for purpose. Not as advertised. They took weeks rather than days and were despatched. From China.

They claim that they chill … you can barely feel a breeze from the units.

I told them I wanted to return but I will have to pay the postage. They have offered 75% back which I agreed to. But the response to emails is excruciatingly slow.

Don’t buy these

Its rubish,waist the money and the time ,the delivery time is 6 weeks,and is not good at all for cooling ,only for heat ,very desapointed and if you want to return is not posible its very expencive the postage in US ,this mean you lost money.Ai don t know way google accept this scam to be posted .

Customer support was excellent. I had a problem with the product, Customer suport (Alex) responded quickly to my email. The problem was resolved the same day.

Ware bezahlt, nichts angekommen, nach mehrmaligem Email Verkehr, immer wieder vertröstet worden. Nach einem Monat immer noch keinen Versand keine Trekkingnummer.

If I could rate them minus 5 I would. Don't touch them they are dishonest and disreputable. On 25th June 2026 I foolishly placed an order with them, I then changed my mind and emailed them within 20 minutes to cancel. I got the usual were busy at the moment and will reply asap. Later that day as expected I got a reply saying sorry it's too late we've already despatched your order. They said no problem you can send the order back. I asked for a return address and was told sorry can't give you one at the moment but when you get the order contact us and we'll take you through the return process. I was flabbergasted with this reply. On 9th July I received an email stating we've just despatched your order, this was 15 days after I was told we can't cancel your order as it's already been despatched. I contacted them again to ask if they will provide a return paid label and guess what, no we don't provide a return paid label Company policy is that the buyer has to pay. The Company is immoral, it lies about despatch times so they won't cancel an order in the expectation that, although you don't want the product you won't return it because of the return costs, it's coming from China.
Don't touch them!!!!!!!!

So much for their publicity minded reply below. After this reply I received a repeat offer of a 25% discount to keep an order that I cancelled and don't want. Despite previous assurances that once the order has arrived they would guide me through the return process, they have not provided a return address and are now ignoring my emails requesting one.
I am at a loss as to what to do next they are the worst Company I have ever had dealings with. I wish I had never encountered them.

This is a scam company they operate under various names including epicooler, the claims on the websites and reviews are fake, you can buy this product from Amazon for just over £20 and it doesn't work. Report it to everyone you can get this fraudulent company shut down!! Edit;After the reply below I stand by my review, they also trade under various other names after doing a little more research,so they've reinvented several times to get on top of these shambolic practices. A dishonest and fraudulent company that make vast and unsubstantiated claims about a substandard product. Advertise it properly, price it properly and don't use false marketing! Also your checkout process is diabolical! one wrong click and you sign up to warranties and extra products without knowing, because it doesn't let you review before instantly taking payment- beware you could not know that until weeks later! ( PayPal show it as a rolling payment adjust your settings!!) There is no tracking, the dispatch emails are contradicting also, very convenient for those that cancel within minutes! Also the reply is directly to trust pilot so they have no idea which order I'm referring to to 'resolve anything from here! I've reported this company to several governing bodies, and will be keeping and eye for the emergence of new websites and social media adverts using the same data under more names!

Honestly giving these crooks one star is annoying me.

Passed through 17 handlers, first reactions after spending with add ons like express delivery and insurance: go buy a decent fan just as effective.
If i could with all the aggravation no stars.
Now vowed never to buy from a PRC dealer again.

Waited 2 months instead of the 5/7 days as stated. Loads of messages sent, some answered but most not. Received it finally today to see all I got was a massively overpriced fan. What a rip off. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Update. Promised a refund. Still not been received. I was a fool to be taken in by these.

Does not lower the air temperature.
