Defected bag, no customer service
Defected bag, misleading and unhelpful customer service. I’ve got a Symbolessa bag after months of waiting and to my horror it has a defective zipper. I contacted the customer service, they responded in 3 days and told me: we are very sorry to hear that, now you can (free of charge) exchange your bag or ask for refund. Great! Also she says, start the change process on our website (German) and what do I see there? 5€ shipping, NO exchange option and a refund is dependent on the bag’s condition… but it’s a defect issue. So I need to pay for shipping for my defected bag?! I wrote back to them and guess what? NO reply. I contacted the service once again directly from German website and well, week after no reply. You have 30 days to send it back, but if decide not to refund you, you have no money, no bag, lost shipping! Wow! Great job! I would not recommend buying it to anyone who wants a quality thing, not just stylish crap.
