Sadly I really, really did not like this toothpaste! I am not sure whether or not it can 'go bad', but it was a horrible grey colour (the Peppermint one) and tasted vile. So upset, as it's not cheap at all and I really wanted to switch to a more natural product and save using plastic tubes. Can I get a refund?

I wanted to buy a refill of my charcoal dental floss, however, it seems like the product has recently changed! The new floss does no longer fit into the glass container I bought less than a year ago (there goes the ‘reusable’ selling point…) and the floss has become MUCH weaker than before and frays and tears when in use, getting stuck between my teeth.

This was such a great product before so I am very disappointed by this change. I am really hoping the company realises the mistake and they revert back to the previous version of the product!!

I truly love their toothpastes. Living in the US, I have been unable to find a toothpaste here that doesn't have at least one ingredient to which I am either allergic or autoimmune sensitive. Georganics have been my lifesaver because they offer a few toothpastes that don't trigger an allergic reaction in me. One such allergy trigger for me is peppermint-an ingredient found in so many toothpastes (The only reason why I chose to give Georganics a 4-star rating is because they started to add mint to their previously mint-free charcoal toothpaste. If I could have given them a 4.8 rating, I would have.). I also appreciate the fact that they don't add sugar or sugar substitutes to their toothpastes.

I sent a complaint about a product however they dealt with it very well and sent me another for free! Thank you, great service 😁

I have used the dental floss before and wanted to replace the glass container as it had fallen on the floor and broke. I had to order a new one which had dental floss included but the floss seems much weaker than before and frays and tears when in use, getting stuck in your teeth which kind of defeats the object. I’m hoping that this is only the case with this charcoal floss ad overall I have been impressed with the product up until now.

This is literally my first time leaving a product review, but I've been inspired to by this terrible floss! I saw Georganics response to previous reviews in which they spoke about replacing this with 'new improved' product, but clearly this change has not yet been made.

The spearmint dental floss almost immediately splits, leaving floss stuck in teeth and requiring multiple more bits of floss to rescue. Basically not fit for purpose in its current iteration. Terrible.

So happy to receive the large bottle of beautifully soothing coconut and orange oil pulling mouthwash. Amazing product with intended healing result!
This has become a wonderfully nurturing routine and an act of self-love. Thank you. EXCELLENT in every way x

The delivery arrived well packaged and presented. Very pleased with the taste of both products. The only thing I would say is that I wish the mouthwash was a little thicker as I feel like I am just rinsing my mouth with flavoured water. This wouldn’t stop me from buying the product again though.

Just happy for doing my bit for the environment.

I am so pleased to have stumbled across this awesome company...Their communication is superb, their packaging is so neat and waste free. Their products? NO FLUORIDE ... I am very impressed... thank you..

Since we have to pay customs within the EU for deliveries from GB it is already quite much for regular orders. But since my order was sent by express mail (which I did not ask for) I had to pay more than double of the customs in addition. Therefore my order was really expansive altogether.
Please keep this in mind next time when sending anything to the EU.

Excellent quality

I thought a year's supply of peppermint toothpaste tabs would be expensive but when you work out the maths, you get 720 tablets at about 3p each! I was sceptical about using these at first but my teeth actually feel clean and fresh rather than just fresh in comparison to toothpaste from a tube that contains fluoride

Once again, I can't praise Georganics enough! Aside from an extensive selection of dental products that don't carry an ethical burden, their customer service is second to none.

There was a small issue with my order, the courier hadn't scanned the package properly during collection, but the helpful team quickly noted the issue and got things moving again.

Highly recommended.
