I took the quiz and bought the trial month for once. I have tried many products over the years, but so far none have helped me as much. I was put off by the high price at the beginning, but with the quiz and a suitable trial month for a low price, you can test the products without spending a lot of money.

First company I’ve ever left a review for, such a great effective product, could not be happier with Geologie. Veteran approved 👍

Everything was great, got all products, but was charged twice for it. When I contacted customer service I only got partial of the money back and NOT the rest!!!!

After writing my review on 08.03.2025, I received a quick and detailed response via email. They clarified that the pricing display I referred to is static and applies only to the full-sized Hero Set refill, and they are considering implementing a dynamic display. Additionally, with the help of the Customer Success Lead, I discovered that the price discrepancy was caused by an issue with my Edge browser—everything worked correctly in Chrome.

This was an example of outstanding customer support, and I have to give them 5 stars.

I was really disappointed with the lack of transparency when shopping on the "Level Up Your Routine" site. Despite selecting various extra items, the price of the "3-Month Refills" remained fixed at $99, and there was no clear explanation as to why. What made it worse was that while the "Today's Total" on the routine page showed $7.50, the checkout page suddenly showed $25.00, with no clear reason for the difference. This felt misleading and frustrating, as it gave the impression of a scammy, intransparent pricing system. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

I sent an email to Geologie because I thought I was missing an item. The very next day I received a reply from Milos and explained I got everything I ordered.

His customer service is excellent and I will continue to be a customer because he handled my concerns is very quick and professional manner.

Aleksandra was prompt in reaching out to resolve my shipping issue. They also followed up to make sure my items arrived. Great customer service! Geologie has the best skin care products on the market for a VERY reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Originally, I ordered Geologie products for my son, however after trying it myself I started liking them. Aleksandra, who has helped me order, using points has been most supportive. I am not tech savvy and having that extra support made my total experience the best of all.

My complaints were heard and addressed. The customer service specialist, Aleksandra, was patient and worked through a number of follow up questions to ultimately turn a concern in to a positive experience.

I have used Geologie products for several years now and have found them to be very helpful in maintaining my skin health. I recently had a package damaged in transit and was able to quickly resolve with an email. The agent was very responsive and replaced the order quickly.

I had the best customer service interaction I've ever had with the Geologie team. I received the incorrect shampoo, emailed them about it, and they responded within minutes (on a weekend, no less!) and confirmed that they would have the correct shampoo sent (free of charge) the following day. Such a great experience!

Geologie is a quality brand. I’ve been using them for almost 2 years and recommend them to anyone looking for an easy, reliable, cost-effective skincare routine. I like no-nonsense brands, and this one is a keeper.

Geologie’s skincare products are incredible. This is my first skincare set and I don’t think I’ll need to find another. I would highly recommend their luxury skincare set to start. Just follow the directions and then look forward to great looking skin and lots of compliments!

Dear potential customer,
I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with this company. At first, I was just curious about their products and placed a small order; but after a few months, I found out that 182 euros were deducted from my account, this was done without my knowledge and without any confirmation from me. It is a subscription disguised as a subscription. I was sent unnecessary items without asking me and without any information. Unfortunately, the company refuses to refund the money. This company works dishonestly. I feel cheated, I would have been better off donating the money to some charitable cause. I want to believe that you will use the money you receive meaningfully …. Therefore, I urge you to be careful and consider this information before purchasing.
