We are all having issues with it because, the ones that use it majority of the day have to keep it open and it keeps logging us out. We are having to log in too many times.

At one time we had a functioning map where we could see all of our assets--NOT ANY MORE!! Your service staff (Issac) is a dang fine rep for your organization. Ryan is a fair rep, however COURTNEY is a NOT someone I would have representing my company (he has NO integrity--NONE).

I dislike the new system
I dislike the new system. it was much better before Geoforce purchased Cartisite. We will be replacing this system, it is a major step backwards.

There is always room for improvement
There is always room for improvement. I spoke with Lucas recently (which, by the way, I was very please to have him give me a call) and he did what he could to help me. There were a couple of things that I asked for help with to find out they were just not available at this time. He made note of my 'wants' and hoped that, along with the requests of other users, the functionality of the software would become more user friendly in the future.

Overall the product is good
Overall the product is good, the issue is the Geofence portion. Creating a geofence should be much easier. When inputting the GPS Coordinates it should pinpoint the spot on the map, instead I was told that the spot is in the middle of the screen and I find that hard to believe because over 90% of my needed geofences are not accurate.

We have been using Geoforce for years…5 years with no issues
We have been using Geoforce for years now on all of our trucks and equipment, all aspects are outstanding from ease of install, accuracy and customer support. More importantly the reliability is second to none!
