They scammed me!!
I ordered a large jacket.
But the size is actually like a small in men's!
When I tried to exchange it, they gave me this run around about sizings and send them pictures of measurements and all kinds of crazy stuff!
In the end, they wouldn't exchange my product unless I paid to ship it back to china!!!
This place is a total scam.Do not buy from them

I assumed quality based on site. They got me.. China bs clothing, return was a nightmare and response via emails with lengthy word salad responses was a complete joke. They got my money I tossed the coat after I found out how much it would cost to send back to china. They sent a product that wasn’t even what I ordered quality was crap, and it’s a bait and switch online scam. Stay away RUN from these POS peddlers.

I ordered 3 items for my wedding last month. They never shipped the package. I did contact them many times, after many attempts I finally received an answer. They were supposed to refund me…nothing. No items, no answers, no refund. Please, don’t fall into this trap…this is a scam. You can find the same products on many legit stores.

DELIVERY TAKES TO LONG
I felt misled as to where gentleman.clothing operates from. They unrealistically advertised 7-10 business days to receive my merchandise. I was expecting delivery before Easter. I received it on April 4th. I will NOT be ordering ANYTHING from them again.
STAY AWAY
Ordered on December 8 with shipping 1 to 3 day express. Today Dec 28, and still has not been delivered. When you contact them, it’s all auto reply to all emails. No real communication at all. STAY AWAY

BEWARE THIS STORE
BEWARE THIS STORE, SCAMMER SITE !! I ordered 4 jackets, delivery took 25 days. They delivered one "right" jacket, one wrong jacket and did not deliver 2 other jackets. So they only delivered one right jacket. They did not answer to any of my emails.

I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses from them on February 25th with a 3 to 10 day shipping. It is now March 30th and my package still says that usps is awaiting the package. I’ve contacted them several times asking where it was and all they can say is that usps is behind on shipping items. I’ve ordered from other stores and gotten those items within the shipping times given. I decided that I just wanted a refund after waiting and messaged them twice about it now, first time was about 2 weeks ago, and I never got any replies back. I will never order form this website again.

I (Pat)ordered a shirt for my husband and it was fine just too small. It took almost a month to arrive. I attempted to return it using the address on their site but the post office said it doesn’t exist. I called twice and left messages. Chatted twice on line and said the right address would be sent. I emailed so many times I can’t remember. No one will respond. I think I’m going to contact my credit card company and dispute this charge telling them I cannot get service. I have proof of my many attempts at trying to return the item. Terrible service
I have received a refund finally from this company and I was able to reach the address via UPS. The refund was prompt however I stand by that customer service was poor as no one would ever get back to me except chat reps.

I will never order from here again
I ordered something over a month ago. The site said 5-15 days before it will be here. It still isn’t here. I needed it for my husbands birthday on the 9th, well it never showed. Here it is a week before Christmas and still nothing. It’s been in Georgia for over a week at the same place. I will never order from here again.

Ordered 2 jackets for my husband early November 2021 eight days before Christmas status still shows intransit for the last 30 days. I emailed, text and left voicemail I was unable to get anyone. I had to dispute the charge with my bank who gave me my money back. I do not reccomend anyone to order from this company this experience turned into my 8 days before Christmas nightmare

Have been trying to get ahold of them via email, phone and text. They don’t answer or respond to anything. Horrible service
VERY POOR SERVICE
I ordered a XXXL jacket on 10/4/21. The coat arrived 10/21 And was no where near the size I ordered. I sent and email On 10/22/21 using their site email. I had not heard anything by 102/25/21 so I tried calling. I was put on hold and finally gave up. I sent a text on 10/25/21 as suggested per their site. As of today 10/26/21 I have heard nothing. I mail the jacket to the site they have on their site and I protested the charge though my credit card company. They have very POOR SERVICE! I will never buy anything from them again
