Its a Great site for genning in pokemon. Me personally I use it for genning in past event legendaries that I never got e.g. Eternatus, Zamazenta, Galarian Zap, Galarian Moltres and Galarian Articuno. I would suggest this site to anyone if their doing Nuzlockes with their own starter instead of the 3 were given

I really love this website. First of all, it has a nice design and a very attractive UX/UI. From the first time I visited, I found it easy to find the things I needed. Secondly, it has very simple instructions. It was easy to learn how to use everything. Unlike other similar websites or services, here you can do everything very easily. I didn't even need to use the tutorial, as everything is easy to understand just by looking at it. Third, I loved everything about the site so much that I was surprised it had a free service. Of course, it has its limitations, but the most basic features were free, which is great for what they offer. So, I decided to support them a little because they really deserve it. I hope they continue to grow and offer this great service.

Been using them for a couple months now and all I can say is this service is top tier and their support both on the website and discord is amazing.

This is a great service, been using it for around a month and it has been great to get my shiny dex, used the free version for a while and was great but the batch trade is so good and such a great feature and would definitely recommend if you need help completing the dex

I’ll rate this service a 5 stars for how easy to understand it all is. The fact that I can gen to Lets Go Eevee has saved me many hours of useless catch combos. Even the wait for new games to come to the service is worth it, especially for how versatile the creators have made it, even adding the Donut Maker for ZA, something I didn’t know I needed! As a premium user I recommend purchasing, the price is worth it!

One of the easiest to use and all around best sites gor genning Pokemon. I haven't ran into any issues that I couldn't figure out myself and the navigation of the site makes life so easy. I will definitely use this site for the remainder of its existence that's for sure.

Absolutely adore the set up and how easy it is to pick everything out when choosing what pokemon you want. I havent had any issues yet. They also make it very easy to pick out what pokemon you want by directly putting an option to start a trade by clicking on any pokemon in the pokedex.

Found this service so unbelievably useful I couldn't put it to words. I am not a kid anymore and no longer have the time to do the things I used to back then, so being able to provide myself with the things I need without spending days or weeks looking for it has been a god send. I was able to give my kids a little something extra through their service for Christmas this year as well thanks to how easy it is to use. Crazy to think a digital present is a thing, but kids will be kids.

A Smooth and seamless genning service, highly recommend! I much prefer the website UI to the traditional discord commands- great touch!

What I like most is the batch trade which is the most convenient way to trade anytime anywhere love you guys

I got IP banned from GenPKM randomly.
I had traded causally.
No spamming or switching multiples accounts.
I am not trading rapidly.
Still got banned without warnings.
Sucks.

Really wish I could give this company 5 stars because I enjoyed their services and was a Pogo master member for a bit. Randomly they decide to IP ban me one day and delete my account because their system detected multiple accounts created from the same IP? Tried to resolve it with customer support, but eventually got ghosted. If my issue gets resolved, or we can come to an agreement, I’ll update this review.

I was trying attempting to use their File Trader service but was met with an error because their database wasn't updated yet for the newest Event Distribution.

I contacted Support, and was very promptly met with a polite, professional reply explaining the situation.

I was told that I wouldn't be able to complete the trade for 24-48 hours, which I was fine with since I was trying to make the trade approximately 0 hours after the Pokemon distributions were officially released into planet Earth.

I simply gave them no time to update their database. That was my fault, I admit.

However, not even 20 minutes later, they replied that the trade was ready to be completed. Huzzah!

Staff Member IDs: #4987, #1182, and #3150 all deserve a raise/promotion!

And to everyone else who works there: thank you for all that you do to help people like me obtain Pokémon they would otherwise miss out on!

Pretty good place for pokemon wanted

The owner responds to even moderate feedback with inflammatory responses calling you names and insulting you, while giving excuses for their rude behaviour, then they will then update their response to seem innocent as a way to gaslight you and the general public - a typical tactic used by abusers.

The unprofessionalism shown in some of the replies to one-star Trustpilot reviews is also quite off-putting. For example, a response like "Get good kid" is highly unprofessional and impolite, especially for a business trying to attract customers. Even editing their reply to me to say "Cry moar, Karen. Please do not use this site anymore🤓" while attempting to run a business is a questionable practice at best. Finally, editing their response to me again to remove aforementioned edits and act as if they did not write the quoted inflammatory messages is the icing on the cake.

I would suggest to NOT pay this company, or use the site at all, as their owner is extremely inflammatory and rude to anyone who provides any sort of moderate or negative feedback, then will attempt to gaslight you and the general public so that you will still buy their product.

After offering a refund to me in response, they went ahead and used my ticket to gain access to my IP address and ban me for leaving a bad, but honest review. Their response was in bad faith, there was no intent to offer a genuine refund, nor is there anything to "look into" because the behaviour is exhibited from the site administrator themselves. I had already cancelled my subscription and expressed distaste with the website, so the ban was simply a power move as a form of an online temper tantrum from receiving feedback of a critical nature. I was emailed prior to today, and asked to leave a review so that they could make more money, probably due to a tanking reputation, after seeing how they treat customers. The review left was not the positive one that the site administrator desired, hence the poor reaction to my review and falsifying reasons to IP ban me from the website.

The site administrator's edits to their response cite things that did not happen, as well as situations not described in my current review - again, behaviours exhibited by abusive individuals.

Stay very far away from this website, unless you choose to support administrators who abuse their customers. If so, more power to you.

Response to the owner's reply: I was asked by you to leave a review for this website in order to gain more confidence from customers so that you'll make more money. "This is just a Pokemon game :)" is true until you make a business out of it the way you have, then proceed to talk down to your customers.

Having people of all backgrounds is great but doesn't excuse rude behaviour and doesn't bode well for a company attempting to profit off a Pokémon game the way you are. You have turned this into a company and a business - you can no longer use the excuse "it's a Pokemon game! :)" without facing any sort of repercussions.

I've reduced my review to 2 stars for the continued dismissiveness of rude behaviour as well as rudeness from the owner directly.

Yeah... after that inflammatory edit you made, I will be unsubscribing from this website and reducing my review to a 1 star. It's a shame, given that I was considering upgrading to a higher tier subscription.

Removing the edits and acting innocent will not get me to re-subscribe, when this is clearly exhibited abusive behaviour from you, and I do not support abusive individuals.

All in all, my suggestion to onlookers is to browse for alternative methods for the service you're seeking. There are a lot of options that are not hosted by an individual of this nature.

Love the experience with the service! I am a Pokemon fan and trainer since I was 10 (now 32) and this has allowed me to get my dream Pokemon plus all the other that I didn’t knew I needed. I recommend 100%
