When used with the brush it causes breakouts and damages the skin i dont have sensitive skin at all but this caused a right mess, especially when used with the exfoliating brush avoid

I used this for the 1st time about 4 days ago. My skin seemed to be really soft so I was initially pleased. However... it was either the next day or the day after I noticed small bumps on my forehead just below the hairline which weren't painful until I touched them. They were bigger and more noticeable yesterday. This morning, they have not only turned into red spots, but are spreading down my temples and my jawline and chin! My under eye bags are more pronounced and there are even red dots under my eyes! I am truly shocked that Facebook are allowing these products to be advertised with obviously fake reviews. It's not the only thing that's fake from Facebook - I've purchased some bras that, when I opened them, are extremely inferior to what was advertised and will be sent back (if I can find the company!)
I'll never buy anything from Facebook again.

As for the bras - they've got back to me and expect me to pay for the return - after sending me such an inferior product! I think it's going back to China.

Bought this product thinking tumeric and rose water great for the skin...when I used it my skin felt soft to touch..when I woke the next day I was swallon and my skin is flaking off..I've had treatments before with acid but this stuff is next level..I don't suffer dry skin but this product literally burnt and dried out my face..I'm now having to go to a skin specialist to get my skin back to how it used to be...I've looked up the acid in this product as I work in making cosmetics and it's banned in some products and long term can cause you to react to the sun meaning your guna burn... very disappointed in this product....

Fake information in the advertising, avoid!!

Arrived reasonably quickly. Time will tell if the cleanser is any good but applicator is very good and can be refilled with any foaming cleanser

Purchased 2 bottles of the Genova
Pureglow cleanser and tried it once at lunchtime, by teatime my face was on fire and skin was so tight and cracking! I don’t have sensitive skin but this stuff was worse than a face peel. Avoid at all costs. Both bottles have been binned.

Never arrived. Tracking company want me to pay £1 to get an update. What a joke

Had to give one star to write a review, order face wash on 19th November 2025. It’s now 1st December 2025 and I still haven’t received it. Wish I had checked out the reviews and I would never have ordered from this company.

It was fine after the first use.
But the second my skin is now so dry and itchy.. and raised in places. The bags under my eyes are now even deeper than before

Never had issues with my skin like this before. People are commenting on it and asking if I am ok...
