It was a very fruitful training and so well conducted.All the management done was remarkable.The instructor held immense knowledge and could answer all our questions very adequately. Never experienced such an interesting training else where.

Learnt a great deal about six sigma
Fantastic Instructor, very practical approach of teaching all the content, got to learn using Minitab effectively.
He was very diligent in solving and answering all queries even in the middle of session.

It was a great experience, infact before taking the course I had a brief discussion with Mr Shailesh about the course and he calmly explained me everything about the course and gave me time on a phone call. Similarly during classes he was calm and the method of explaining were wide, kind of diverse. I look forward to taking black belt under him in future and use my knowledge into experience.

The session was fantastic. The greatest thing about Gengyan/Mr. Shailesh is utilizing the practical approach of studies by using ongoing experiences as an example. Truely satisfied.

Recently I had a big time opportunity of attending the Lean Six Sigma Green belt training at GenGyan by Mr. Sylesh and it was one of its kind. Each and every topic was thoroughly covered along with different twist and turns that we might face and the ways of solving them effortlessly. His methodology was very simple and full of examples ; which made the training interesting and corelatable.

it has been a wonderful experience working with the team, the topics were covered pretty well, whereas the duration of class times and number of days could have been bit more, and i'm sure it can be covered in boot-camps, but one extra day in the training could be pretty more interactive. Shylesh and his team were very well prepared, they were up to the mark.
