Just had an informative gathering session with James Morris, it was very informative, very useful, very sensitive, it was taken with care to my situation and experiences, and was very kind, Overall was incredibly helpful

I've just had my first online appointment with GenderGP, with James Morris, and he was great!
Video calls make me very nervous but James put me at ease, explained everything in an easy to understand way, and now I'm on my way to finally get my HRT prescription (potentially by the end of the week!!!! :D Huzzah!!!!) I'm so happy and excited, thank you GenderGP

I had a really lovely video call with Meg, She had a really positive energy and was very easy to talk to !! 30 minutes flew by and afterwards she wrote a beautiful summery of my journey so far.

She makes you feel like you can openly and freely talk about your wants, worries and desires without the fear of rejection she is very friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend her to anyone starting your journey

My experience so far has been very good the process has been very fast which of course is what I was hoping for. Pretty much everything has been handled by Meg from the consultation to every question I’ve had - could not have had a single better person she has made entirely made this experience what it’s been. She immediately made me feel sooooo comfortable and safe and you can just see how experienced and knowledgeable she is, as well as having such emotional sensitivity and depth. Having a warm friendly face to go to is exactly what we all hope for and I’m so grateful to her!

However, if I did not have Meg to go to I’m unsure of where I would actually find any information or communication I’m looking for, as everything is basically fully AI run on the website. It is not a good system setup to have customers paying £30 a month “membership fee” when they’re paying for all prescriptions, prescriber referrals, consultations separately. The £30 a month doesn’t keep you getting looked after as you would assume and as it should, you have to pay to ask a question through a consultation as you can’t write to an email or phone a number. This has nothing to do with the people keeping it all going, such as lovely Meg, but the people at the top should realise that you can’t endlessly cut staff and maintain efficiency or ethics, and it will ultimately result in a loss of money anyway when customers choose to go somewhere that’s not 90% AI.
I hope this doesn’t become any more of a problem as I’ve seen in some other reviews! Alllllll love to Meg she is a star xxx

I was nervous about approaching GenderGP and explaining my circumstances to someone for the first time. Meg was extremely professional yet put me at ease, at no time putting me under pressure. Everything was explained to me in very simple terms and the process of evaluation and providing me with the right service, very straightforward.

James Morris helped me. He was Informative, helpfull, understanding and had all the answers.

Rachel Mae was very thorough and answered all of my questions clearly and kindly. She was very knowledgable and was able to tell me, in great detail, what my journey will look like from here. She put me at ease straight away and I'm really impressed with the service provided by both Rachel and GenderGP - thank you so much!

It is fantastic, if you have been on the NHS waiting list for a long time or even a short time I highly recommend gender GP, Thank you to James Morris for being so understanding and exceptionally helpful.

I had an amazing session with James today. What a wonderful guy, genuinely felt understood and seen. He made me well aware of how he was there to help and it really helped my nerves calm going into the call. I can’t recommend him enough, there was no pressure, zero judgement and it was just a fantastic experience.

I felt accepted and understood. The conversation was warm and I felt like I was truly cared about.
