I have called the customer service number 4 times. Each time a salesperson answers the phone and tells me she will email me a return label. Its not happened yet. The company sent me the wrong merchandise and I want to exchange it for what I ordered the 1st time. They charged my credit card but will not send me a return label so I can return the items to them. 😡

The shipping fee is super ridiculous and keeps me from ordering as often as I would like. The free shipping over $75 is crazy high for a site like that since $75 worth of stuff like that at one time for a Small business owner is not doable.....may free shipping over $45 or even $50 and I would order once a month but I would have to hunt for items to fill that too.

I have ordered several products from G.O.D. Logo printed boxes, hang tags, earring cards and also velvet jewelry bags. Everything has been the highest quality. The printing of my logo is perfect. Re-orders are very easy. I have been absolutely satisfied with every order.

I’ve ordered from this company several times over the years and have always received prompt, courteous service. Their employees have always been professional and attentive to detail, and my latest experience with them confirms this impression. After placing an order for my small business I realized I had forgotten an important product that I needed. As this was an order I needed within ten days, I called, hoping I could get my original order and the needed second order shipped early enough to arrive on time. Not only were they able to guarantee an on time arrival, they were able to add my second order to the first, making it one order instead of two, eliminating the need for shipping charges and the possibility of not getting the necessary items in time. I received my order less than a week later, and as usual, every piece was exactly as described on their website and the quality was apparent. This company has always been the place I buy my display pieces and after my latest experience, I’ll never go any place else.

The clear Ring boxes were better looking than expected.
