I bought the white hook boards, bracelet pillows & bracelet tower. They were exactly as pictured on line. I love them! I highly recommend this line if displays.

I wish I could give 10 stars! I don't usually do reviews, but I can't say enough about how wonderful my service was. I needed to order boxes for a small gift to our Graduating Class of 2020. With the Coronavirus turning the world upside-down, the only thing I had to go on was last year's order. The customer service was able to pull up our logo for this year's order. Instead of just gold imprinting, the Graphics Department went onto our website to get the colors of our School logo and imprinted the boxes in 3 colors and suggested changing the box to a new gold linen box that was closer to our school color. It's not often that someone goes above and beyond. Our High School Seniors deserve an extra special box with all that they're missing out on, and these were PERFECT. I'll be back next year!!!!

The box is sturdy and well made. The little handles give it a cute look and I like that I can label each drawer. I'm going to get two more to hold my jewelry.

Quick delivery! Great packaging kept fragile piece safe!!!

The service was perfect, quickly delivered with this breakable item carefully packed and unharmed. The product itself was so-so. The earring display had a base and an upper part and, I finally discovered, a large dowel to connect the two. This was in the box among the packing, but not obvious, and I almost threw it out with the box. The ear with an earlobe hole like a pierced earring seemed like a good idea for product display. Unfortunately the angle and amount of space between the ear and the neck meant that it took force and distortion to push a typical earring wire through the hole. I ended up having to replace ear wires on a couple of pairs of earrings, and gave up completely after trying three different types of earrings. Also unfortunately, but this time, the ear wires had made small grey scratches in the white ceramic surface, making the item unreturnable, even if I'd been up for trying to repack it.
TLDR: Great delivery service, put better assembly instructions in the box, and make a more candid description in your catalog of what types of earrings can be displayed on this stand.

I love everything I ordered but.... something went wrong with my order!! I ordered a leather necklace bust and got a velvet and I am not happy!! How do I ship the item back to get the leather one? And are y’all gonna send a return label?
